Step into a kitchen that's ready to make you feel like a master chef! This newly remodeled kitchen is straight out of a magazine, with professional-grade stainless steel appliances, turquoise quartz countertops, gas stove, dazzling 8-foot island, and even a stocked coffee station featuring a drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, Nespresso machine and French press (we provide ground coffee for the drip coffee maker to start you off). The kitchen is well-equipped with everything from pots & pans, to cocktail glasses and serving dishes.

Step down into the sunken living room and sink into the teal velvet sectional or a vintage rocking chair under dramatic chandelier lights. GUEST ACCESS
The entire home, garage and property is set up for guests. There are 4 locked closets that guests will not have access to that secure our supplies and the owners' personal belongings.
Other things to note
DOG FRIENDLY
Well-behaved pups are welcome. Up to 2 dogs with a Pet Fee of $250 per dog. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and be leashed if not in the house or backyard. Additional fees may incur for longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Unapproved pets may result in immediate termination. Please contact the host if you have any questions regarding the pet policy. Sorry, no cats.
THE GOODS
Fresh linens and fluffy towels are provided for each guest, and the home is stocked with a "starter pack" of essentials to get you going. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods and groceries to last for the duration of your stay.
SWIMMING POOL SAFETY
This home proudly meets Scottsdale Revised Code § 31-68, AG105 "Short-term Rental Pool Barrier Requirements" which went into effect May 2023, requiring ALL Scottsdale vacation homes to have a safety fence installed around the swimming pool for guests staying 30 days or less.
*POOL HEATING
Even in the desert, it can get chilly in the evenings which can drop the pool water temperature. Most guests find the pool more comfortable when it is heated November through April. The swimming pool can be heated up to 85 degrees for an ADDITIONAL FEE of $75/day. Request for a heated pool must be made prior to your arrival, as it takes 12-24+ hours to heat the pool, and must remained heated for the entire duration of your stay. Keep in mind that while 85 degrees is very comfortable for swimming, it is not equivalent to hot tub/spa temps of ~99-105.
QUIET HOURS
This is not a party house. It is a secondary home well cared for by its owners, in an established quiet neighborhood. Please note, outdoor quiet hours for this neighborhood are from 9:00PM - 7:00AM. NO EXCEPTIONS. During this time voices must be kept at polite conversational levels and no amplified music. Scottsdale strictly enforces the City's noise ordinance. Failure to comply may result in fines, citations, and/or removal from the premises by City of Scottsdale Police Department. Thanks in advance for following this important house rule and City noise ordinance, and ensuring this home is not a nuisance in any way to our neighbors.
CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS 28+ DAYS
For guests staying 28+ days, we require 1x/month cleanings by our team to maintain the quality of our home and linens. Cleanings are $250/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged in a separate fee request.
PARKING & EV CHARGING
There is a private attached 2 car garage you are welcome to use while you're here. There is a JuiceBox EV Charger and EV plug to charge your electric vehicle! TESLA OWNERS, please note you will need to bring your Telsa cable/charger to plug directly into the EV outlet, or have an adapter that is compatible with the JuiceBox charger. There are also 2 spots available in the driveway and free street parking available in front and surrounding the home.
HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance to the neighbors. Devices may include Nest Thermostat, Video Doorbell (Front Exterior) and Exterior Security Cameras (Garage/Driveway) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL OCCUPANCY CODE
Per the City of Scottsdale: âAll Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short Term Rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.â
