Pool maintenance will be performed from 4/5-7/2026 resulting in the pool not being able to be used. Welcome to this exquisite, fully renovated 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence bordering the sprawling 100-acre Chaparral park, within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, offering the perfect blend of modern luxury and natural serenity. With meticulous attention to detail, this home invites you to experience spaciousness and comfort in every corner.

As you step through the grand entrance, you're greeted by an open-concept living area, adorned with elegant hardwood flooring and an abundance of natural light that pours in through the patio doors, framing picturesque views of the surrounding parkland. The living room seamlessly transitions to a billiards space and to a gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry that provides ample storage for all your culinary needs.

Excellent location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall. Trailheads to mountains about 20 minutes away. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Family room and dining area had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. The amenities for kids was why I chose the home. Everything was a plus.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at the house. We were easily accommodated with beds, kitchen supplies, pool table, ping pong table--all the "toys" for all our ages.The swimming pool was thoroughly enjoyed! The living room area and the outdoor sitting space allowed for great conversations and TV watching. We especially appreciated the location adjacent to the green space--a long corridor for walking, watching birds, experiencing the cactus garden--short walk to basketball court--a wonderful asset for the city and so easily accessible from the property. Highly recommended!

Fantastic layout with a lot of extras

Great property! Easy to communicate with owner, super clean, nicely stocked and lots of unexpected extras to make our stay more enjoyable. Super fancy shower heads in the master bathroom and lots of pressure. Nice backyard with pool and mini golf. Loved the layout of four bedrooms on one side, a nice great area with a large comfortable couch, pool table, kitchen and sturdy large dining table to socialize in the middle and the master on the other side. Enough room and places to store our belongings. Would stay again!

Kyle was a responsive host who provided a perfect place for us close to old town. The place was clean and organized. The pool was comfortable. We had ample space and room for seven of us. I definitely would recommend this for anyone wanting a great venue close to old town. Thanks for a great stay!
