The Space:

Welcome to The Monterey Lux Resort Retreat, a designer Scottsdale getaway featuring a heated pool, pickleball sport court, putting green, and private casita just minutes from Old Town. Recently reimagined by acclaimed designer London Pierce, this spacious single-level home blends elevated interiors with a true resort-style backyard, creating the perfect setting for golf trips, group celebrations, and unforgettable desert escapes.



Inside, the open-concept great room creates a natural gathering space where guests can relax, entertain, and connect. The living room centers around a massive 75” Smart TV, a modern electric fireplace, and comfortable seating designed for movie nights, game days, or relaxed evenings together.



The chef-inspired kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, premium stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space for cooking and entertaining. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight guests, making it ideal for shared meals and group gatherings.



The main home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements including three king beds and two double beds, ensuring comfort for couples, families, and larger groups traveling together.



Just beyond the living area, the converted game lounge brings a fun and social atmosphere with Golden Tee, foosball, plush lounge seating, and another oversized 75” TV—perfect for friendly competition or relaxed hangouts.



A separate private studio casita adds additional flexibility for guests seeking extra privacy. The space includes a queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and a small wellness corner with weights, yoga mats, and an exercise ball, creating a quiet retreat for relaxation or light workouts.



Step outside and the backyard transforms into a true private Scottsdale resort. The deep-water pool sits at the center of the yard surrounded by luxury loungers and daybeds, with optional pool heating available for cooler months.



The covered patio extends the living space outdoors with a mounted 75” outdoor TV, custom gas fire pit, and a built-in BBQ island, creating the perfect setting for sunset grilling and evening gatherings.



The expansive turf yard offers multiple recreational areas including outdoor ping pong, a private pickleball and basketball sport court, and a contoured five-hole putting green designed for fun and friendly competition.

The Neighborhood:

Set in a quiet, established Scottsdale neighborhood, this home offers a relaxed residential feel while staying close to the action. You’re minutes from Old Town Scottsdale’s dining, nightlife, and shopping, plus easy access to golf courses, spring training venues, and top local restaurants. The area is calm and well-kept—perfect for unwinding after a day out exploring the city.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with quick access to Loop 101 and major Scottsdale roads. Old Town, Tempe, and Phoenix are just a short drive away, and Sky Harbor Airport is within easy reach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, but we recommend a car to make the most of Scottsdale’s dining, shopping, and outdoor attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heat: Pool heat is optional and available for an additional $75/night or $400/week. Payment and request must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in to ensure the pool is heated upon arrival.



Pool Use & Safety Waiver: All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



No Parties / Events (Zero Tolerance): This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a strict no party / no event policy. The City of Scottsdale actively enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines, removal of the listing from booking platforms, and immediate termination of the stay without refund.



Security & Noise Monitoring (Disclosure):

A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to verify occupancy and for emergency/security purposes only. A second camera monitors the pool equipment enclosure only. There are no cameras inside the home.

The property is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This device does not record audio or conversations—it only measures sound levels (decibel monitoring).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property; however, exceptions may be requested in advance. If an exception is approved—or if a pet is discovered to have been present during your stay—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover additional post-stay cleaning.



Late Check-Out Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any departure changes in advance to avoid this fee.



Family Amenities: Pack-n-Play and highchair available upon request.
