Private cottage w/a HOT TUB, Dock, SUPs & Kayaks

Come relax on a private two acres, on beautiful Lake Murray! This lake cottage has everything you need for a fun family getaway! This home features an open living space, plenty of outdoor space w/a beach, private dock & launch, fire pit, SUPs, kayaks, arcade games, grill, picnic table, and fully equipped kitchen. Cook dinner while watching the sunset over the lake or take a short boat ride to a nearby lakefront restaurant for dinner. Lake Murray Boat Rentals deliver and are nearby!

Outdoor living: Lake Murray Access & views w/private beach, dock, boat launch, kayaks, paddle boards with life vests available (for babies and toddlers too), Fire Pit, Picnic Table, Outdoor Seating, Patio Seating, Outdoor Fridge, Gas Grill, Huge yard with loads of room for yard games. The Hot Tub is new to 2026 and will be available from September 15th - May 1st. We do not allow guests to use the hot tub in the summer due to Green Algae contamination from the Lake, It would not be possible to maintain water clarity and proper chemical balances during the summer months.

Indoor living: Lake Views, flat screen smart tv, washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen*, central A/C and heat as well as window units for complete comfort on those hot summer days, linens, towels, hair dryer, bathtub, and iron all included. Guest bedroom has an arcade (Ninja Turtles) for any rainy days at the lake.

Parking: gravel: plenty of space.

Dock: More than six feet of water at the end of the dock and is able to tie up most boats (fishing boats, pontoons, surf boats, etc. should not have a problem). Boat launch is large enough for our 23ft boat and is available to only our guests. Driveway has plenty of room to park your cars and boat trailer.

The house has exclusive access to the private beach, front lawn overlooking the lake, patio, parking spaces closest to house, 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, the kids corner in the outdoor building, and dock. The property is gated on two sides with an iron gate at the front entrance.
All other outdoor buildings are off limits to guests.

To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:
• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood packages are available for $25 (20 logs) and can be delivered right at check-in—just let us know.
• Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.)
• Beach Towel Rentals: Beach towels can be delivered before your arrival for $5 per towel. Lost towels are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Simply tell us how many you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest!

We believe a vacation home shouldn`t just be a place to sleep—it should be the highlight of your trip. Because we live and breathe Lake Murray, we know every hidden cove and sunset spot like the back of our hand. To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:
• No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund.
• This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone.
• The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property.
• Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.

No pets on beds or furniture.
Please pick up after pets and place waste in proper bins.
The couches are for sitting not sleeping! If you need additional beds, we have other homes that would accommodate that!
Please be respectful of neighbors and wildlife.
Keep sand in the beach area and watch for soft shell turtles.
Please only park on the gravel areas.
