The property is newly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool, for you and your family to enjoy a magical family vacation. We are less than 30 minutes from Universal and Disney parks and about 35 min from Orlando Airport.

• 1 Dish Sponge
• 1 Laundry Soap
• 1 Dish detergent
• 1 Trash Bag
• 1 Toiletry Kit Per Bathroom (Small Bar Soap, shampoo, and conditioner)
• 1 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath
• 1 Dishwasher Machine Detergent
* We do not provide washcloths as those are considered personal items*

- Please note: Parties and events are not allowed.

•TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

EXTRAS:

POOL HEAT: $30.00 per day (minimum 4 days) upon request.

Grill fee: to use the grill we charge $65 plus tax mandatory cleaning fee. We do not provide a full propane tank, it is the guest's responsibility. As a courtesy, we provide the propane tank to exchange.
