Poipu Sands 124 is a single-level, second-floor holiday home with its' lanai stretching across the dining, living, and master suite areas providing both mountain and ocean views from all of these areas including the kitchen.
This property is really perfect for a family of 4 or 4 adults. The lanai is great and the views are gorgeous. Accommodations around Poipu are really nice. A lot to to do . We really enjoyed out stay at this property. Mahalo
This property was ideally located. Pool was wonderful. Mere steps to beach. Disappointed in the cleanliness specifically rug. Sliding glass door in living room did not lock. Several fans did not work.
Process to check in took forever. Location had us worried.. not many shops near by. Would definitely not stay again not worth the money.. beds hard uncomfortable could not sleep⊠heard neighbors stomping ⊠loud..
The view is great but the unit needs a desperate upgrade.
Furniture, Rugs, Draperies, Linens, Screen Door and Appliances are worn and aged.
We paid a premium price and were very disappointed in the quality of the stay.
The electrical outlets in the primary bedroom and ceiling fan in the bedroom, did not work. Many outlets were corroded, and the fixtures were rusted. The host responded to our complaints very quickly. We needed a blower dryer because the one attached to the wall was inoperative. We were given a hand held hair dryer. They also sent repair men to fix the ceiling fan, but it failed again.
You get a good view of Shipwreck beach, but not
much value for your money. We were so disappointed.
