Welcome to Albuquerque! This five bedroom home is centrally located in an established neighborhood in the Uptown area and convenient to most areas of town and about 45 minutes to Santa Fe. We have spent the last 10 years staying in VRBO's across the country and hope we have checked all your boxes.

Inside:

Our property boasts a beautifully updated and well stocked kitchen, ready for your gourmet meals. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are ensuite. Our family room boasts a comfy couch and 56 inch television for Sunday football games or a movie with the family. Spacious yard and deck are perfect for outdoor dining and living to enjoy our 360 days of sunshine. Every bedroom has a television, and we have games and ping pong for family gatherings.

Neighborhood:

We have some of the best weather in the country. There are fun and exciting things to do all year long. Our home is 5 minutes from tons of dining and shopping options at Albuquerque Uptown, 10 minutes from Interstate 40 to take you anywhere in town you want to visit! Old Town, Museums, BioPark, Zoo, Sandia Mountains, Rio Grande River and a half dozen public golf courses are all in the area. We were born and raised in Albuquerque, so should you have ANY questions about your visit please don't hesitate to ask.

Nice, clean house.

The house was clean. Easy to find. Large main TV, great for movies. Games and cards available. Comfortable beds with numerous pillows to choose from. Nice washer and dryer with all necessities provided.

Perfect location

Anywhere you want to go in the Albuquerque are is 20 minutes or less. We loved the location and the quiet area. Hot water takes quite a while to get to the master bathroom and the doors could use a little wd-40 but overall it was one of the best homes we have rented.

Wonderful Stay

The home was incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The backyard was lovely and it was great to have access to the garage. The property was in a good location, walkable to stores and restaurants, and just a quick drive to all the ABQ sights including the Balloon Fiesta!

Excellent Property

This home was exactly what our group was looking for. The home was maintained wonderfully and had everything that we needed. The location was excellent as well, it was extremely close to the interstate and tons of restaurant's and stores. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to messages. If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque, this is it.

Great place for our group

Close enough to convention hotel, but nice that it was away from all the hustle and bustle. Perfect for our group of 6 ladies. Be aware it is a split level, so there are some stairs to any of the bedrooms. Lovely property. We'll be back!

Beautiful property!

Fabulous house that is perfect for hosting a family event. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture. Beautiful backyard with a great deck for entertaining. Excellent host who made our stay pleasant and easy.

Perfect house for trip

We were five friends (and a 1 year old) who live all over the US and we met up in New Mexico for a weekend trip. The house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful rooms, lots of space, updated and clean. Highly recommend staying here! The hosts were kind and the process was super simple. It had all the amenties we could ask for and even some bonus baby friendly items!

Late Christmas in ABQ

This is a great house to rent in ABQ for a family needing extra bedrooms. House has been well taken care of and has a great floor plan. I would rent this house again.

Well designed and stocked.

It was a treat to stay there, the space was comfortable for 8 ladies. The interior decor was appreciated- and it was clean and had everything we needed. It was a 10 of 10. Missy was fun as well.

Two families coming together worth adult children in each family. Place was excellent and easy to navigate with 7 of us. Kitchen is very well appointed. Rooms were great sizes. Everyone was very comfortable!

Everything we needed

We were in from out of town to celebrate our son's college graduation. The property was equipped with everything we needed. Extra blankets/pillows, fully stocked kitchen, high chair and travel crib. The 5 bedrooms and 3 baths were very spacious to accommodate extended family that traveled as well as our local family that visited. I would recommend this property.

Great house for family gatherings

Beds wer nice and soft. The kithchen was extremely well appointed. The den had plenty of seating. The garage was a accessible which isn't always the case with rentals. It was also large enough for 1 1/2 car lengths. Also beautiful baxk yard and deck. Easy home to find and greet location.

Great place for a family

What a terrific place! Lovely, renovated house, equipped with whatever we needed; terrific information about things to do in town; quiet convenient neighborhood; pleasant, sheltered back yard with deck and lawn; responsive and helpful owner. The only glitch was we had not gotten the door code ahead of time, but Missy responded promptly when we reached out the day before arrival. This was the perfect home for our multigeneration family as we came together for a wedding with time to enjoy eating and exploring in Albuquerque!

In town for wedding

We, and extended family were in town for our daughter's wedding for 3 days. Rather than everyone getting separate hotel rooms, we chose Missy's lovely home. We had 8 mature family members from Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, California, North Carolina. Before everyone arrived, we made a quick trip to Costco to stock the frig. Missy's home was everything and more. It was better than we could imagine! The family room and kitchen were large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everyone was able to gather in both rooms comfortably. We prepared several meals. Everyone could sit at the dining room table. Everyone could sit in the living room and converse. Everyone had their own room and/or bed. All of our out of town guests are still talking about how nice it was. It was very, very clean and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxuriously appointed. Everything was so well thought out! The beds were very comfortable. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner mounted on the wall - similar to being on a cruise ship. The kitchen had plenty of staples - spices, olive oil etc. The coffee bar was awesome. All rooms were light and bright with windows. There were also blackout curtains when we wanted to rest and/or watch a movie. We took several family photos and the backdrop was beautiful inside and out. The backyard/ deck was very relaxing and large. We told our new in-laws about it and they are going to recommend it for their out of town guests going forward.
