There are 3 apartments in the house, each with a separate and unique entrance. "Rose Bud" is a 1 bedroom with a living room but no kitchen. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee setup. The nicest window is in the bathroom - a stained glass sun makes it cheerful. All the rooms are replete with casual decor.
Free offstreet parking very close to your entrance. Lovely landscaping enhance the experience and keeps it shady in the summer. Since this unit is on the South side, there is a window air conditioner for those few hot days. There are a few steps up to the front door, the unit is on one level with no one above.
