LAKE FRONT VILLA - Close to Fantasy Springs!

Enjoy a fabulous lake view villa featuring a private pool, spa and BBQ. The perfect getaway for local events (Coachella, Empire Pollo Club) with only a short drive to the venue (approx 8 min). This villa is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath fully furnished space with plenty of space for 8 guests. Please note we have a policy of 8 guests max. Located in the gated community Terra Lago - with a two car garage and driveway for parking. Guests will have access to the entire home. We look forward to hosting you!
The space
In addition to the beds, we have one roll-away bed for guests to use.
Guest access
Access to the entire house and private pool and spa. The lake is for views only and is not for swimming. Unfortunately you are unable to bring any board or jet skies into the lake.
Other things to note
Please note that we have parking for 4 vehicles only. There is no street parking whatsoever. Any cars parked on the street after 10pm will result in a $250 fine placed on your vehicle. It is an additional $50 fee to heat the pool which will be added to the final price. The pool cleaner arrives early Friday morning and quickly cleans the pool. We have an additional charge for guests over 5 people and require all names before your stay. We are located in a gated community and the security will check IDs upon arrival.
