Our cozy condo offers stunning 180º unobstructed views of the beautiful Pacific ocean. With a corner unit on the 4th floor, the views seriously don't get any better than this! There is plenty of marine life at your doorstep year round, or you may enjoy front row views of whales during winter/spring.

With two lanais (patios), you can see the islands of Molokaʻi and Lanai. Look down from our patio and you'll see that you're located ON THE BEACH! Just steps away from the water, take our boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrella down to enjoy the sand, the waves and the sunset!

The condo building has a shared pool onsite with BBQs available to use. Washer and dryer is available in the unit.

Nearby within a 5 minute walk, you can reach the Maui Brewing Company and other restaurants, bars, snorkel gear rentals, gift shops, gyms, surfing lessons -- nearly anything you could need on your trip. Within a short walk or <15 min drive you can visit some of the best destinations in West Maui including snorkeling, surfing, beaches, whale watching, the Kapalua Coastal Trail, and the oldest living tree in Maui at Lāhainā Banyan Court.

The unit comes stacked with everything you'd need including beach gear, kitchen necessities, a brand new comfy king size bed, smart TV in living room (not one in bedroom), and more!

Bedroom has a king size bed, and the living room offers a pullout couch with queen bed for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is stocked with all basic amenities including a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker and grinder, pots and pans, etc.

** This unit does not have A/C ** but daily breeze cools it off well.

Amazing Sunsets and great location

Views are better than advertised. Amazing sunset, rainbows and whale watching. Wonderful location. Manager was helpful to help find good restaurants. Great place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.

The ocean view was amazing and exactly what we wanted. The bed was very comfortable and the place has an overall nice appeal. The bathroom is a little outdated and old but that was the only thing we thought could have been better. We would definitely return to this property.

Absolutely Amazing

This property was such an amazing place to stay. The ocean is literally out your balcony and the views are breathtaking. We saw 9-11 whales while sitting on the balcony having breakfast, along with a few turtles. The condo has EVERYTHING you could ask for... really loved having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to return again one day.

Views and wild life

A large turtle greeted us(was on the beach)when we arrived. From the lanai you could see whales. The bed seems like you are on the ocean. Cute decorations. Everything you need is there! We will be back!!!

My husband I enjoyed the ambiance and convenient location to everything we needed and wanted to do. We could see turtles daily from the balcony and was lulled to sleep every night from the crashing waves. The unit had chairs and towels for the beach. The unit was clean and owner responsive when I had a question.

Usually you can see the turtles year round and it's amazing in the winter to watch the whales. Listening to the sound of the waves is a popular feature this condo with many quests, it makes this place such a desirable place to stay. The newly remodel lobby is also a beautiful place to hang out.

Awesome experience

The condo was fantastic with amazing views. Nice quiet location at the end of the building. There was great communication with the owners and there contact in Maui. Checking in and out was very easy. This is a must go to location when planning our trip again. So beautiful. I would give this condo and experience a 5 star rating. Mahalo. Barbara and Richard

Perfect view

The location was beautiful just steps away from the beach. I love that you can wake up in the morning and see the beach. Walking distance to few shops and restaurants period but just a short drive away from all the happenings. My only complaint is that the condi was around 85 degrees inside surging the day and had no ac options. It takes a while for c it to cool down at night so id have to make sure i was gone by 11am every day before the heat starts.

Whale watchers!

What a great condo and location! This condo is even better than the description! This end unit has spectacular views, from every room, and is literally right off the ocean. We saw more whales from the balcony, than we did while out sailing on the ocean. We absolutely loved going to sleep every night, with the waves, right outside the bedroom. We did have an issue that came up, during our stay, that was quickly and fairly handled by the owner. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a Maui vacation.

Fantastic destination getaway!

After extensive research for vacation rentals in Maui, we came across this condo. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and very close to a lot of shops, restaurants and tours, while still being very quiet and safe. The pictures accurately reflect your experience. You get a 180 view of oceanfront, and because it's a corner unit you also get more view than your standard rental. We came in March for our honeymoon, and we were able to see whales and turtles daily right from our balcony! Don't worry about not having AC, there's plenty of fans and breeze from the ocean that stayed cool all day and night. We tend to overpack for trips, and really didn't need to because this place has everything. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom supplies, and even beach towels, beach chairs and more! They had a great TV set up but we didn't use it since the view looking out was way better than anything we could get on TV. There's also a shared pool and BBQ outside that we didn't use but saw a few guests really enjoying it. The owners were fantastic, very quick to reply and did everything they could to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again in the future. Mahalo!

Perfect spot for a Maui visit!

Spent a lovely week in the Cheeky Tiki condo and it was great. Perfect for 2 people. Views are fantastic, ocean at your feet, lanai view was amazing, bed was comfortable, condo was clean and stocked well with needs while visiting the island - beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc.. Across the street was a nice little sushi place and burger/pizza joint which was convenient. Owners communicated timely and were helpful as was their island property host. Highly recommend.

Ocean Front Stay

Fantastic spot for my wife and I on our babymoon. Short drive to many beaches and restaurants in the surrounding area. Super easy checkin process and parking was simple. Loved going to bed each night to the sound of the ocean. Would recommend this condo.

Spectacular Oceanfront View

Every morning and evening we woke up and fell asleep to the most incredible view of Molokai. We even saw whales though the host’s binoculars. It’s a spectacular location!

Great Stay

Great communication with host and local coordinator. Unit is exactly as described. It’s a bit dated in areas but the location and view more than made up for it. Oceanfront from the foot of the bed was unbeatable. New bed is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Beach chairs and other beach needs were very convenient. Most of what’s needed is within walking distance or a <5 minute drive. Kahana Beach out front is fantastic. Would stay here again.

Adequate Condo

Overall we were happy with the place. There was a garbage smell in the kitchen when we arrived. Charles had to clean out a mess in the fridge and eventually the smell went away. Charles was very responsive to our needs. It seems the television that was supposed to be in the bedroom was removed. The cable box was still there however. That was a little tacky. The location next to the beech was very nice.

Incredible view

Beautiful ocean view from the corner unit. Condo just as described. My wife loved watching the turtles every morning while having coffee. There are restaurants, coffee, and a liquor/convenience store across the street. We had everything we needed to cook meals or make blended drinks in the Ninja blender. Air conditioning would Be nice in the hotter months, but the fans and the trade winds are great. The water pressure was wonderful. We highly recommend this property We will definitely stay here again Mahalo for a great vacation

Amazing Views

Property just as advertised with amazing ocean / sunset views. Walking distance to small shops and restaurants. A plus that it had a king size bed, as most rentals don’t. No air conditioning but multiple fans in each room to bring the evening air in. Close to Lahaina and the fabulous shopping. Owner is welcoming and on top of making sure stay is enjoyable. We would stay here again!

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! It looked just like the pictures with the beautiful view of the ocean and the nearby islands. We also liked being within 10 minutes of a grocery store and other shopping areas. We loved that the location was a little quieter than some other areas on the island! It made for a nice relaxing stay! We also had a question on the day we arrived and the owner replied promptly!

Both Mason and Renae grew up in South Dakota but now reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. We have a 5 year old daughter who just started kindergarten and is anxiously waiting for our next trip to Maui. We love booking short-term rentals for our own personal travels and are excited to share our experience and love for Maui with our guests!
