OCEAN/BEACH FRONT GROUND FLOOR SPECTACULAR VIEWS
Spectacular views, peace, tranquility and beautiful sunsets are found at Hoyochi Nikko 102. After a busy day of sight seeing, golfing, visiting beaches or whatever you choose to do during the day, this is the paradise you will come home to. This ground floor condo is located in a boutique style complex that is very rare on Maui (18 units in total). Once discovered, guests return year after year.
Our one-bedroom ground floor condo sleeps 3, with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if required. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning for those nights when the trade winds fade. The kitchen-living room area opens onto the lanai offering ocean front indoor/outdoor living and dining. You can enjoy those beautiful Maui sunsets right from your lanai. The very best thing, the WHALES breaching directly out front of the condo (December-May). Always lots of activity out front with surfers, long boarders, sail boats as well as the views of Lanaâi and Molokaâi Islands. You can also snorkel, swim with turtles or long board directly out front of the complex. We also have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for those days you wish to spend at the beach. So many things to see and do and a quiet, peaceful place to come home to.
Hokyochi Nikko is also close to PGA golf courses and for those who love to shop, Whalers Village located in Ka'anapali is only 10 minutes away.
We offer free WIFI, cable, and long distance calling in North America and Mexico. The TV in living room has full cable and is also set up so you can access your own Netflix account.
There is a washer/dryer available in the condo. We offer beginning supplies for it as well as the kitchen and bathroom. Additional supplies needed will have to be purchased. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, glassware, dinnerware and cookware you will need. If you prefer to bbq, one is available by the pool. There is also an eating area by the pool if you wish to use it.
The condo is centrally located in West Maui, close to Kapulua, Kahana and Ka'anapali. Many restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Times Supermarket is about a mile away (walkable) so shopping for food and supplies is very convenient. The local market is open at Honokowai every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, bring a bag and small change with you.
The on-site manager pays close attention to detail and is out first thing every morning making sure everything is perfect for the guests. The grounds are beautifully manicured and well maintained, the sand area is swept before the sun rises and the bbq's are cleaned and ready for your evening meal. The pool is always sparkling and the best way to cool off on those hot days.
Unfortunately, our beach out front is in the hands of Mother Nature and only she controls when we have beach. There may be times when you have spent the day at the beach out front, but when you look the next morning, it is gone. Rest assuredâŠIt always comes back sooner or later. (There are so many beaches on Maui.)

PLEASE NOTE: The underground parking has a height restriction of 5â7â so larger SUVâs, Vans and Jeeps will not fit. Please ensure your vehicle is under the height restriction.
There is a possibility that the transient tax payable by guests may increase by .75% effective July 9/25. The total tax payable would then be 18.712%
Cancellation Policy:
Travellers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get 100% of the amount theyâve paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, theyâll get back 50%. Otherwise, they wonât get a refund.

This area is close to anything you may want to do or see and it is so nice to be able to come home to a quiet, serene place to relax and enjoy the view. You can't get much closer to the ocean than this.

You will not find many places to stay that are this close to the ocean. The sunsets and the endless ocean view is hard to beat.
