We partner with Hawx, a reputable pest control service, to maintain a pest-free environment. They visit our properties monthly, using effective treatments to address the various pests commonly found in Florida. Your peace of mind is our concern.

Pool Service and Maintenance:
Our commitment to your relaxation extends to our pool. We entrust EZ Pool Professionals to provide weekly service and maintenance, including a detailed health assessment of the pool. You can swim and unwind with confidence, knowing that our pool is in top condition.

Pool and Spa Heating:
For those who prefer the luxury of a warm pool and spa, we offer pool heating at a reasonable fee of $50 per day, with a minimum 3-day rental requirement. This fee covers both the pool and spa, ensuring your enjoyment regardless of the weather.

BBQ Grill:
To enhance your culinary experience, we offer the convenience of a propane BBQ grill for a one-time fee of $50. Enjoy outdoor cooking and dining with ease.

Baby Gear:
We understand the needs of families traveling with little ones. Feel free to inquire about baby gear such as mini cribs and high chairs, which are available at no additional charge. We are here to accommodate your family's needs, just remember to make a prior request.

Attention:
Please note that while we do not have a hot tub, we provide an in-ground built spa connected to the pool. The spa's water circulates with a gentle cascade into the pool, offering a relaxing and soothing experience for your enjoyment.
