Acworth is located in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains along the southeastern banks of Lake Acworth and Lake Allatoona on the Etowah River. Acworth is often referred to as "the Lake City" because of its proximity to Lake Allatoona and Lake Acworth.

Cauble Park is one of northwest Georgia’s finest parks. Located on Beach Street on the North side of Lake Acworth, the 25-acre park contains fishing points, public restrooms, a boating ramp (for electric motor driven boats only), a boardwalk, a beach, rental facilities, two playgrounds, and an open play area. Cauble Park opens at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m. Rental facilities include four pavilions, a lakeside gazebo, and a beach house.

EXTENDED STAYS:
If you are booking an extended stay of 30+ nights, an extra cleaning will be required every 30 days. Additional cleaning fee of $110 will be requested after booking to cover all additional cleans required depending on the length of your stay.

Cleans will be scheduled at the guest's convenience every 30 days. Communications regarding scheduling will be conducted through VRBO Messenger.

During extended stays, guests are expected to keep the unit neat and clean throughout the entirety of their stay. Linens and towels should be washed on a regular basis using the washer/dryer set in the unit. Linens and towels will be replaced with each extra clean every 30 days.

PET RULES:
- Pet Fee = $74
- Small and Medium Dog Breeds Only (up to 65lbs, breeds deemed vicious by the AKC are not allowed)
- NO CATS
- Pets should always relieve themselves outside, and all waste should be bagged and thrown in the trash bins outside
- Pets should be leashed at all times when outside of the unit
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture
- Any damage caused by pet will be the guest responsibility to repair or replace at guest expense
