Brians place was perfect to host me and several family members while were in town for a wedding. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect...quiet lakefront, surrounded by nature, yet only 10 to 15 minutes from in town Hot Springs and all it has to offer! The outdoor spaces are perfect for watching the sunsets over the water of Lake Catherine.... Brian was a great host, responsive and accommodating... Will definitely stay again if available!

Check in was a breeze with great communication from the manager. Kitchen had everything we needed plus basic condiments. Beds were comfy. The stairs down to the dock had handrails and were easy to navigate. The view from the main floor back deck was stellar. We watched some amazing lightening shows in the distance. Close proximity to town. Friendly neighbors.

It really is a Million dollar View

Beautiful view of lake! This house is perfect for our groups annual trip to Hot Springs. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and the kitchen is well appointed. Just minutes from Oaklawn is a plus also! We Will be back next year.

the view over the Ouachita River on a quiet street is the cherry on top. food, hiking, and golf is all around about to 10 to 15 minutes away.

This location is beautiful all the way around. The home is wonderful, clean and inviting. Gorgeous views and a friendly, comfy neighborhood. Close to all the Hot Springs attractions yet away enough that it is quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful getaway for our family

We were looking for a relaxing, scenic place to get away for a few days, one that would accommodate my wife and I, our two sons and their spouses, a 3-year-old granddaughter and a grandpuppy. This house was a perfect fit! The lake view was gorgeous, the outside spaces were so nice and relaxing, and there was a nicely-appointed bedroom for each couple. And our granddaughter was delighted with the choice of bunk beds! Property Manager Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive. This could not have been a better place for us to gather, and we'd go back in a heartbeat!

Holidays with the Family

The house was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Centrally located to many Hot Springs activities. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Great views - balcony with fire-it- we could go on and on.

Family meet up from all directions

Not being knowledgable of the area and traveling from different parts of the states we were so happy to find a home with a view of the main part of the Lake, so close to town and the gardens. The home was clean, well appointed, and perfect for the family

View is spectacular! Beautiful to see during meals, cooking in kitchen, relaxing in living room. Just a special place to spend time with family. Brian is a great property manager. Communication great & quickly answered questions & helpful when needed.

Spectacular

7 girlfriends once a year get together and have fun. Normally we go to navarre Beach or Orange Beach. We decided to try a new place. We picked the best place ever. Beautiful view. Perfect sleeping arrangements. Floor Fan in every room . Highly recommend this Beautiful home. Definitely rent a pontoon. The lake and homes on the lake are gorgeous.

Great house-Spectacular view!

I regret not taking care of this review in a timely manner. The house was great—plenty of space for our two families, the kitchen was well-equipped and the view was amazing. We fished right off the dock downstairs and everyone caught fish. We had a great time and this house was a big part of enjoying our stay in Hot Springs!
