Very beautiful and calm appartment, in a recent building, inner courtyard of the property orientation.
Well decorated and improved recently based on prior comments.
1 bedroom with 180x200 comfortable bed (NEW).
One kitchen.
Separate bathroom.
Separate toilets.
Small office room in the entrance (this is not a bedroom).
Very touristic area near 3 metro lines in the heart of Bastille historical area.
Possible parking underground if needed.

Lovely place

Me and my daughter went for a weekend in Paris and I’m so glad that we stayed in this apartment. The location is very good and it’s perfect to have a supermarket next door. The apartment is fresh and clean and the bed is amazing.

Pleasant apartment and good location

It feels spacious, you can open the tall doors to enjoy the inner courtyard. I wish there had been space for a comfortable chair to relax in. There is one in the entry hall, which is not where one would spend time. The owners want their guests to be comfortable. They were very thoughtful and available to help with whatever I needed.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Can't say enough good things about this place: it was bright, clean, quiet and very comfortable.The location is also amazing: it's in an active neighborhood filled with great restaurants and bakeries. There's a well-stocked grocery store right across the street from the building, there's a Metro station within five minute's walk and you can walk to the Seine within twenty minutes.I can't say enough good things about the whole experience other than we're definitely staying here next time we go to Paris.

Relaxing and vibrant

We loved our stay. We traveled over 20 hours and were very greatful that the bed was just heavily. Very quiet and overlooking a beautiful garden. Close to transportation plenty of restaurants and a market just across the street. If i were to say anything negative it would be more of a suggestion to have a welcome book that includes how to run stove tv micro vacuum and where to take trash. But none of those items took away from our stay in Paris.

Clean and convenient

The apartment was clean and quiet. It faces out onto a lovely courtyard garden. The host was very responsive and communicated very clearly. I really enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood along Rue de la Roquette — lots of shops and restaurants. The metro is also very close and convenient.

Our flight came.in early

Even though we had previously told the site.mgr we would not need early.checkin, we did. They were able to accomodate us! Lodgings were very clean, the.bed very comfortable. Thanks so much!

Confortable in a good location

Very nice appartement and great location. Near the Bastille métro stop with many restaurants and a gréât pâtisserie (Aux Anges). Directly across the street is a nice supermarket. The owner also provided a portable wifi pièce that made it very easy to use internet everywhere.

Great week long stay!

We spent our first time ever in Paris at Georges apartment and we had a wonderful time! The location was great with lots of yummy local restaurants, boulangeries, and patisseries! We stayed for 8 days and noted how safe the apartment building was! The apartment overlooks a cute courtyard and it was always quiet and peaceful! We would definitely come back to this apartment on our next trip! Thank you again for everything.

Cute Apt. In Bastille

The location was great, lots of cute cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apt is clean and nicely organized, the host addressed all our queries. Alain Ducasse opened a chocolate, ice cream, & cookie location nearby. You pass all three spots on the way to the metro!

Great location for restaurants and shops

We stayed here for four days in January 2025. It’s a brilliant location for walking around and finding interesting shops and food very close by. It’s also ideal for catching the Metro so the whole of Paris is readily accessible. We enjoyed the Jardin des Plantes which is a short walk away. The Place des Vosges had amazing art shops. Plenty of bars and restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The apartment was a convenient size and well equipped. There is free Wi-Fi including a single you can take while out and about. The hosts were great - plenty of information and help given. We would definitely recommend.

Great location and clean apartment

Apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. It faced the courtyard so it was quiet at night. The location was really close to great coffee shops, restaurants, the Bastille market and the metro so it made getting everywhere super easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Felt like real Paris, not tourist Paris

This apartment is in a neighborhood that has a lot of food and beverage options. The location is super convenient to the Metro and bus for traveling to the sights. Georges was super helpful.
