Very beautiful and calm appartment, in a recent building, inner courtyard of the property orientation.
Well decorated and improved recently based on prior comments.
1 bedroom with 180x200 comfortable bed (NEW).
One kitchen.
Separate bathroom.
Separate toilets.
Small office room in the entrance (this is not a bedroom).
Very touristic area near 3 metro lines in the heart of Bastille historical area.
Possible parking underground if needed.

Lovely place

Me and my daughter went for a weekend in Paris and I’m so glad that we stayed in this apartment. The location is very good and it’s perfect to have a supermarket next door. The apartment is fresh and clean and the bed is amazing.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Can't say enough good things about this place: it was bright, clean, quiet and very comfortable.The location is also amazing: it's in an active neighborhood filled with great restaurants and bakeries. There's a well-stocked grocery store right across the street from the building, there's a Metro station within five minute's walk and you can walk to the Seine within twenty minutes.I can't say enough good things about the whole experience other than we're definitely staying here next time we go to Paris.

Great week long stay!

We spent our first time ever in Paris at Georges apartment and we had a wonderful time! The location was great with lots of yummy local restaurants, boulangeries, and patisseries! We stayed for 8 days and noted how safe the apartment building was! The apartment overlooks a cute courtyard and it was always quiet and peaceful! We would definitely come back to this apartment on our next trip! Thank you again for everything.

Wonderful studio in the heart of Paris

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay! The studio is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The windows overlook a peaceful garden-like beautiful courtyard with trees, shrubs and flowers. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Solo summer work stay

Great place. Reasonably priced, comfortable and clean apartment in a really good location. The bed is a sofa bed but nice and comfortable. I stayed during a very hot time and the apartment stayed cool enough to enjoy. Excellent communication from host too.

Great location for restaurants and shops

We stayed here for four days in January 2025. It’s a brilliant location for walking around and finding interesting shops and food very close by. It’s also ideal for catching the Metro so the whole of Paris is readily accessible. We enjoyed the Jardin des Plantes which is a short walk away. The Place des Vosges had amazing art shops. Plenty of bars and restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The apartment was a convenient size and well equipped. There is free Wi-Fi including a single you can take while out and about. The hosts were great - plenty of information and help given. We would definitely recommend.

My home away from home

This was my first trip to Paris, and staying here made it even more special. Georges was wonderful at communicating with me and was very friendly when he greeted me. The apartment was in a great location and very peaceful. It was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed. I immediately felt at home there. I would absolutely stay there again on my next trip.

Lovely Apartment - highly recommended

Lovely little apartment that is just a short walk away from lively streets, but is very quiet and relaxing. There are lots of restaurants, brasseries, cafes, patisseries and shops a short walk away. Also nearby is Bastille metro stop, which has direct routes to some of the top attractions in Paris. Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsee and the Louvre are even walkable in under an hour. Georges was a welcoming host and the check-in and out was easy.

Highly recommended

The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was clean and well maintained. It is a small apt but enough room for 2 people. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in the Bastille area. --- Feel free to adjust any details to better fit your experience!

Perfect little base for a stay in Paris

Perfectly situated, nice and neat. A fun and lively nabourhood but the flat quiet and peaceful with the windows to a green yard. Good communication with the host from the start. Loved it.

Great flat in Paris

My fiance and I stayed at George’s place for 4 days. The location of the flat was amazing and allowed us to get to almost anywhere on foot. Check in was seamless. Only thing that is worth noting is the bed is a pull out couch so it wasn’t the most comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

A+ Location, Fast and Accommodating Check-In

Host is very fast to respond and made my check-in easy. I really enjoy the 11th and this is a great location if you do too. Even if you don't, you are close to the Bastill Metro and the Marais and more is a short walk. Right outside your door is a grocery store so you have everything needed for your apt. I have stayed at a lot of apts in Europe & this is the 1st host to provide a hotspot (small & easy to carry) for internet when you leave the apt. Very nice of them. The apt is quiet & overlooks an interior garden. A safe, convenient location. I'll be back.

Perfect king bed apartment for couples

Was impressed with the cleanlines of thenentire apartment. Floors are squeeky clean and was able to walk barefoot. Appreciated all the amentities like umbrella, shopping bag, and the portable wifi was used so much when went out. We signed up for Saily (internet) but didnt work as well as this portable wifi provided by host so I'm glad thjs was provided. Loved haved storage in the bathroom. Water was hot and pressure was fine. Appreciated that the shower is a handle.shower that you can remove. Bed is comfortable, was told it's fairly new. Only suggestion is to provide more pillows to sleep higher or have extra pillows to lean on (total of 3 pillow). Loved the metal roll down shutters that kept light out. Definitely great for 2 people. If more than that it would be difficult to move around so for us it was perfect. Location is great, tons of bakeries, restaurants nearby. Felt safe and apartment faved the inside courtyard so it was quiet but didnt feel like street was noisy at all. Highly recommend!

A sanctuary in exciting 11eme.

This is a perfect apartment for 1-2 people to stay. It is very well maintained, neat and a quiet refuge. The apartment has a view to a gorgeous courtyard garden. The 11eme is a very funky and vibrant arrondissement - this apartment will allow you to feel like you’re living like a local. With a grocery store directly across the street and innumerable restaurants, street food, bakeries and bars you’ll be surrounded by choice. Definitely be prepared for a part of Paris where there is a lot going on! The pullout bed is comfortable and I mention it because it’s good to have realistic expectations. Checking in and getting suggestions for local restaurants and activities is very easy. The hosts are great communicators and super helpful. If you’re looking to experience an exciting part of Paris and then have a peaceful sanctuary to relax in I seriously suggest you consider booking this property!

appartement très bien situé, très calme, avec vue sur grande cour intérieure

Appartement très confortable avec un grand lit, assez spacieux, dans un quartier très animé, proche de tous les commerces. Pas de canapé comme précisé dans l'annonce, par contre il dispose d'un vrai coin repas. Pas un bruit ne s'entend ce qui est rare à Paris. Communication parfaite avec l'hôte
