Sanddollar B301 is a direct beachfront condominium on Sanibel Island with incredible corner views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Sanibel Island vacation rental consists of two bedrooms and two baths located directly on Sanibel Island’s world-class beaches. This luxurious condo is on the exclusive top floor, with a panoramic corner view of the bewitching beaches and spectacular sunrises. Recently renovated, stylishly decorated and very well-appointed, Sanddollar B301 is an Island vacation dream location. Located conveniently near mid-Island, Sanddollar is one of the most desirable communities on Sanibel, and B301 is the jewel!
Sanddollar B301 is extremely spacious, open and airy, at nearly 1,500 square feet of total living area! The sunny and serene lanai offers a great outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining, or simply watching the tranquil aquamarine surf roll onto the beach.
The open concept interior floor plan allows for a dining area large enough to entertain, with views of the beach, and seating for everyone. The modern kitchen has all the ultramodern appliances you need, including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is fully outfitted and smartly designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy. And access is easy, with parking right in front, and an elevator for your convenience.
The Sanddollar community is located near the mid-island area of Sanibel, directly on the beach with unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sanddollar is a small and private community of only 3 Buildings containing just 12 residences each, so tranquil, quiet and uncrowded are the keywords. The common area showcases a heated pool, tropical landscaping, tennis and a charming boardwalk to the beach. Sanddollar is also adjacent to the shared-use bike path, and mid-Island is only minutes away by car or bike, where guests can stroll and enjoy the sundry Island shopping and dining experiences.
