Brand new Studio Apartment, Ocean Views. 5 min to Beach. 30 day long term rental
Newly remodeled daylight basement 1bd/2ba apartment above Newport's historic bay front. Directly above Samaritan Pacific Community Hospital, and a five minute walk to the beach. Walk to shops and restaurants. Own driveway/entrance, en suite bedroom plus additional bath, new and stocked kitchen, countertop convection oven, induction stovetop, microwave, larger apt sized fridge/freezer. Shared laundry area with main house. Big screens in bedroom and main room, Sonos sound system, Wifi, HVAC heat/AC.
I had a wonderful 6 weeks here. Itâs perfect if you are either working at the hospital or doing clinical rotations as it is only about a 5 min walk. It is perfectly located to where you can walk to the Bayfront and even to Nye Beach with ease.
The property itself is a quiet, spacious one bed, 2 bath basement apartment. Kitchen is fully loaded with countertop appliances, dishes, utensils, cookwareâŠetc. I was able to make my dinner, and bake in the countertop oven. Cleaning supplies were also supplied.
Kim responded quickly to any questions that popped up, and any concerns were addressed immediately. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose. :)
If you get the chance, I highly recommend this location!
Should have checked floors for dirt and bugs and mice droppings. Stains on mattress pad and pillow cases. Inexpensive sheets. Water pump easily heard from all guests. Much stampeding family and friends at all hours of the night and day with no consideration for guests and heard every step they made going through house and their 3rd floor. Rugs not clean.. concrete floors cold. Great space and stocked kitchen with nice appliances. Kitchen great. Bed not great and furniture and towels were hand me downs. If I were u I would rent the whole house, and not just the basement. I guess u get what u get for 60.00 per night. So much potential. We stayed a month and I rarely put a bad review but I would rather know and pay more. Sorry, not sorry.
We purchased this property in 2013 and have been fixing it up ever since! We live in Corvallis nearby and have really enjoyed sharing our apartment with others who need it as there is such a shortage of rentals here currently.
