Visiting with Maine relatives

This is the Hostess with the Mostest! She took great care of us. We had the most pleasant stay in this lovely home. I recommend it to everyone visiting the Boothbay area. We were convenient to everything and made lasting memories at this gorgeous location.

Great Property

Our stay at this property was wonderful. It had all the amenities you need. We loved the kitchen as we cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner there. Everything was immaculate and we love this area of Boothbay. The owners are great and the property manager was fabulous when we ran into a car problem and she arranged another night for us so we could make alternate plans to get home. We would definitely stay here again if available

Northern Lights at Boothbay

We had an amazing night stay and happened to be lucky enough to see the northern lights thanks to our host for knocking on the door and letting us know they were happening. Just a note that the additional bed was an air mattress. Worked out fine for our kids but might be weird for 4 adults.

Modern apt in quiet setting

This rental was modern, comfortable, and very quiet! Window ac unit kept it nice and cool during the day. Open widows with no outside noise was a pleasure at night. Comfy bed. Could have been a little cleaner. Top of fridge needed a cleaning along with granite tabletop. Tabletop appeared to have melted candle wax left on it. Would have helped to have a few kitchen hand towels and a few more bath towels.

This property met all our families needs for the night. It was very clean. The location was quiet. It was close to the attractions in the area, but allowed you a short distance from the crowds in the evening when you were ready to relax. We did not get the code to the property right away. I am not sure if that was an issue with a delay in the booking site and it being sent. The property owner was able to send it to me via text after a short delay when my family arrived. The code to the door did not actually post to my personal email until 10:40 pm the night of our stay. The owner said she had sent it before the 4 pm check-in time. It was not an issue, as she was able to send it to my phone when we arrived. I would have the phone number for the property just in case. Other than that, which did not impact our stay, this was an excellent place to stay and very comfortable for our family.

Comfortable and Convenient

This unit provided us with unexpected comfort and convenience. Having a separate living/dining space allowed one of us to sleep in while the other was able to get up and start planning the day. As a number of restaurants have understandably closed for the season, we chose to pick up wine and cheese and eat in one night. The kitchen had everything we needed. And, while we chose a more casual approach to dinner, the host had a wonderful small table set for a more formal dinner. The host provided a helpful scrapbook with information about activities, shops and restaurants. The unit was a tremendous value and we would definitely stay there again if we visiting the region.

Farnham Point was built and decorated by us and is a special place. It is a great place to take walks. It has a very private, rural feel but close to town and ocean point.

Farnham Point has a cozy, comfortable feel to it. It was constructed in 2020 and has an upscale feel at a very affordable price!
