We welcome house-trained dogs with prior approval!

* Pet fee: $100 per 10 nights or $250/month
* Restrictions: No puppies or cats allowed
* Dogs must be crated when left unattended
* Dogs may not be left in the backyard unsupervised
* A $50 pet waste fee will apply if waste is not cleaned up
* Pets must be pre-approved or a fine equal to double the pet fee per night will be applied

Please note: While the home is professionally cleaned between stays and air filters are changed regularly, we do allow dogs on the property. Guests with severe allergies should carefully consider whether this home is suitable for their needs.

- No access to the balcony or garage
- Backyard is accessible by going out the front door and walking around the side of the home

Security Devices
- Exterior security cameras are motion-activated and record video and audio
- A decibel monitoring device is installed inside the home. This device does not record conversations — it only measures noise levels to help us prevent unauthorized gatherings and ensure a peaceful stay for everyone

Long-Term Stays (90+ Days)
