The owners were very responsive for questions I had before arrival. The let cation was fantastic in regards to beach access and walkability. The complex was well maintained. The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. Truly enjoyed it.

It is a cozy clean apartment with an excellent location. Love the North End area of Virginia Beach. The host was very responsive. Would return.

The little condo was a nice place to stay. The host was very responsive to my questions as my check-in information was sent while I was on the road. There were two minor drawbacks; parking across the street and the outer door was beat up with no lock. Other than that, the condo is well stocked and comfortable.

Thank you for the opportunity to host you and for your valuable feedback. We just want to clarify that the primary door to the studio does indeed have a secure deadbolt lock so we assume you are talking about the screen door ? That door does not lock but is not intended to be a secure door but just a way to get some fresh ocean air while you are occupying the space ! It’s usually left propped open and we’ve never had a guest mention the desire to lock it but we will consider installing a hook lock. The parking situation you mentioned is standard for the beach with limited parking areas. The space is just across the crosswalk from our entrance and usually not a problem for our guests but we apologize that you found it inconvenient. Some of the hotels have parking that is farther away than our parking so many of our guests actually compliment the lot location and find it to be a huge bonus that there is a specific reserved space. Thanks again. We appreciate your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect just steps from the beach with amazing views and easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience effortless. We especially enjoyed sitting in the back yard area listening to the ocean and watching the sunset each evening. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable beach vacation, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

This place is adorable- cozy, nicely decorated, quiet, and clean. Extra towels were available and makeup removers-love that!It is situated only feet from the beach. Kim, the host is an excellent communicator. My only suggestion would be to add to the description that there is a couple set of stairs. We each had a suitcase and garment bags and we are on the “older” side of life. We managed but it was a little difficult.

Great little studio!

Very friendly and accessible host with easy check-in and out. It was a small condo, but plenty of room for me and the hubby, very nicely decorated, clean, and the beach was right outside! We would stay again if in the area!

We loved the experience. It was very close to the beach as stated. The only downfall was the beach chairs and one of them was broke, but we bought new chairs and left them for the property owner. They sit a lot higher off the ground. We would stay there again.

Bit smaller than anticipated, overall clean and updated. Had an issue with the reserved parking spot but the owner tried her best to remedy as quick as she could later at night. Close to the beach and 3 night requirement for reservations.

Truly breathtaking, the surroundings again ... so peaceful and comforting, and soooo many culinary options!... you can stay here for a month (and i have) and never select the same thing twice. But most of all... the people are some of the most welcoming Americans ive ever had the good fortune to spend time with! All in all ... just a perfect spot on tne planet... a slice of Americana and gods green earth to recharge your heart, your sole, and remind us of how good this country is.

All Things Considered Owen and Kim have been great,.. I plan to come back and stay again over the summer. Hopefully this time it will be in a vacation mode rather than a work mode! And I would continue to be a happy occupant if not for my companies need to lower my expenses. But from here on out the project is going to be a week to week requirement,.. hence not fair to put Kim and Owen in that position. I will check out tomorrow morning and again I appreciate all their help and accommodation over the last 3 months.

Awesome little place right off the beach. Small space, but really perfect for two people and has everything you could ask for! The space was clean and as described. Communication was good! We were a little confused around check in because we got the unit number, code, and parking spot number pretty early in the day but we could not check in until 4:00. We were able to use the designated spot prior to 4:00 which was nice! There are detailed instructions inside the unit and everything was smooth! Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was great! We were literally steps from a beautiful beach, located on the quieter north end of the boardwalk. Took long walks every morning and watched dolphins play in the ocean. It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Off-street parking was very nice. The rental itself is very simple and small, but it had everything we needed for the two of us a d never felt crowded. It was clean, cool, and the neighbors were all very nice. The pool was also very great to have, and it was never crowded. We very much appreciated the balcony area on the 2nd level of the complex for morning coffee and evening relaxation.
