This condo provided us exactly what we needed. The property was a bit dated, but nothing that kept us from enjoying the beautiful views and remarkable sunsets. We loved overlooking the green space that doubled as a public dog park. We took full advantage of the lawn and pool, and were fortunate to spot turtles swimming and on the shore next to the boat ramp. We would highly recommend having a car, especially since walking the beach was not an option due to the recent storms that have eroded much of the sand. Ali'i Resorts was wonderful to work with and even left us anniversary chocolates to enjoy. We would definitely book with them again.

This is a lovely little condo with an amazing view! it was properly stocked with all the comforts of home, and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for a stay.

Beautiful views, comfortable stay, great service

We stayed here for 10 magical days. It had everything you could want- a beautiful view from the lanai, cute animals on the property (friendly dog visitors, birds, geckos, honus), a quick 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach, beach chairs, full kitchen, comfy bed, etc! We would love to return some day!!

The property managers are disorganized and careless. The only relaxing parts of our vacation were times spent outside this condo.We lost multiple nights of sleep to A/C beeping and dripping, a squeaky mattress, and window seals whistling loudly in the wind. Among other issues, there was heavy dust, blood-stained towels, moldy fridge seals, grimy appliance handles, a stiff screen door that had to be yanked 3-4 times to close (even after we cleaned the built-up dirt in the track), discolored floor mats, and dirty lanai glass that clouded the view, which was otherwise the only perk.We’re good sports and know to expect an island rental to have some outdated furnishings and weak electricity, so the only thing we reported was the A/C, as it beeped and dripped onto the wood floor even after it was shut off. It took multiple phone calls and two days to get it fixed; the second repairman arrived just as we were checking out.Ali’i Resorts promised multiple times to prioritize the issue and (without any prompting from us) to have a manager call to discuss a refund. They did neither and instead abandoned our request for 24 hours.The last call we received was a day after our return, when a rep asked, “You’re still at the condo, right?” We confirmed we’d checked out the day before, and the caller scoffed without explanation before saying goodbye.If you don’t want to have to care for a neglected property on your vacation, pick a place that’s not managed by Ali’i Resorts.

Great Getaway

Superb location. As of March 2023, noisy during the day during construction to add air conditioning to the building. Great views and long beaches to walk both to the north and south.

Awesome Beachside Condo

The unit was immaculate, nicely furnished. Everything I needed was there. Beautiful view from the patio. Great place for a single or a couple. I would stay again.

Great oceanfront location with beautiful sunsets. Beautiful grassy area with pool and BBQ area off the backside, beach access out the front of the complex. Location is nicely situated with easy access to the shops at Wailea and the shopping and food options in Kihei. The unit itself had some items that were dated and/or could have used a good deep clean or refresh but the unit was quiet with amazing views and the mini split air units made it comfortable. Easy parking, great communication, and the unit had everything needed for an amazing stay (beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc.) Overall a great stay in Maui!

Walking out to the beach every morning!

The unit was on the higher floor with great view and everything was in working order. There were ac units and ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom. We loved how close it was to the beach. We could just walk our to the beach every morning. There is a shower station on the property to wash off sands. The swimming pool, grill/picnic area, and the front lawn were all well maintained. The on-site staff was very helpful.

Great condo location for snorkeling

We saw turtles, octopuses, eels, dolphins, and tons of fish all snorkeling right out front! We were able to walk to wailea shops via the beach by walking thru the Marriott. Great location, great views, very interactive responsive management company. Place was clean and filled with everything we needed, but definitely could use some updates especially the bathroom. Luckily they supplied 2 fans which were very necessary since there is no air conditioning. We will definitely be coming back again.
