The house was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. It was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while visiting family in the area for a milestone birthday. Nice to have the back deck, where we enjoyed breakfast one morning. It was helpful to have both central A/C and ceiling fans. Definitely recommend if you have a group visiting the Chapel Hill area.

The house was spacious and exactly as advertised. Very comfortable with plenty of amenities—it was evident that our host considered the particulars of our stay. Check-in and check-out were efficient and easy. Highly recommended—Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place for an incredible staycation. The two page guide by the door with the location of everything we could ever want (cleaning supplies, coffee, tums) was a step beyond. Would love to stay at this property again

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. The beds are very comfortable and the house is very clean. In a quiet neighborhood but located pretty near everywhere we want to go. We will probably stay there again next year.

The house was perfect for our stay, with a fenced in backyard, excellent beds and a well equipped kitchen. Also, it is close to Chapel Hill for sports events.

The house was perfect for people traveling with children. There is a huge fenced in back yard with lots of toys. There is a fire pit area that the children roasted marshmallows in. There was plenty of room and space for everyone. The house is very clean and had anything you would need. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable home away from home for large family, and friends. Clean, all necessary kitchen equipment, to cook full course meal. Plenty of dishes, glasses and coffee cups/mugs. A/C works perfectly. Lots of puzzles,games and books, for adults and children. A natural yard filled with nature and animals. A fire pit ready for a fire, however we did not use due to drought conditions. A deck to enjoy that nature while doing yoga. Plenty of parking. Would stay again if need arises! Thank you for sharing your property.

Graduation weekend stay

Host was very responsive throughout the booking process and to the couple of questions we had upon checkin. Quiet location which was perfect for us and our dog, and only 20 minutes to graduation events at UNC Chapel Hill.

Very clean and well equipped. The hosts had coffee ready for brewing and extra things in the refrigerator. The house was certainly spacious for our family gathering.

The house was just perfect for my family. We had a family wedding and this house was just perfect to get away for it all the craziness and just relax. The dog in the yard behind us was barking a lot but after a while the dog got use to us and stopped barking.
