Anderson Community Park is only 1.5 miles with a large fenced, leash-free dog park, 18-hole disc golf course, fishing pond, basketball, volleyball, baseball field, hiking, and open space. You'll find Franklin Street, 4 miles down the road with shops and restaurants like Cat's Cradle and Neil's Deli.

Christmas Family Visit

Our out of town relatives and their dogs enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this home while visiting family for the holidays. It was relaxing to enjoy our own space in 3 spacious bedrooms after a day with family at their Chapel Hill home.

Cute house in nice neighborhood

I was very happy to have found Clay’s house in NC. We were down to visit my daughter. We had a late flight and we didn’t get back to the house until midnight. All the grocery stores were closed and I was so thankful when I opened the fridge and saw a PUR water filter container. It’s just a small thing, but it was awesome because we are huge water drinkers. In the am, the kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking supply we needed, but the extra touch was a little coffee and snack station that is left for use. It was also so helpful because we hadn’t made it to the grocery store. We knew with a cup of coffee, we could power through our day. The bathroom has every shower supply you could need, so if you forget your shampoo pouch, there is some supplied. The house was spotless and the beds were so comfortable!!! There is a big backyard, but we were only at the house at night. It would be great if we ever brought our dog. If you check out this house, don’t hesitate to stay. It’s perfect and the hosts respond quickly! Thanks again.

Amazing, quiet and met all our needs!

We loved staying here in this quiet small neighborhood! Stayed with our two girls,10 and 12. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything just felt at home. Tons of normal house amenities and extra bedding which is great since we stayed 2 weeks! Host was very responsive. Very easy access to Carboro and Chapel Hill and the rest of the Triangle - and the guidebook was very thorough. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice dog friendly place

Everything was as described and better! We were there on a rainy weekend and took advantage of any breaks in the rain to go out for hikes among the beautiful North Carolina pines. But we weren't disappointed when we needed to stay "home" as this house is comfortable and supplied with everything one may need. So convenient to Carrboro and also to the Harry Anderson dog park. Don't miss this lovely park if you bring your dog!

Quiet stay in nicely updated home

Enjoyable stay! Home was as expected per listing. Host was very responsive in the chat. Short drive to UNC campus. Fast WiFi and desk in one bedroom allows for remote work. Nice deck and large backyard.

Nice house to bring your dogs

House was very clean and nice to bring your dogs. Great accommodations for your dogs. The yard could be better as it had a lot of mud especially when it rained but otherwise it’s a great house

Lovely home with all the amenities

A lovely house, exactly as described. Previous reviews were not exaggerating- I’d give it more than 5 stars if it was possible. Clean, furnished with everything you could want, close to everything but with a nice secluded feel. Perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely stay again if visiting the area.

Everything we wanted

This place was perfect for us-family of 5 traveling with kids 1-5 years old. The house was spotless. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could want or need. There was even laundry detergent and snacks for the kids which was an added bonus. Loves the bedside lamps in all the rooms as well which also doubled as an additional outlet and charging station. The closest son every room offered plenty of storage. And LOCATION, the place is so close to everything in Chapel Hill. Restaurants and grocery store just minutes away. Friendly neighborhood. Would stay again if going to Chapel Hill. Thanks!!

Clean and Comfortable Home

We stayed here while moving my son to college. The location was very good for getting around the Chapel Hill Durham area. I think this is one of the cleanest VRBO's we've ever stayed in. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very good communicators with instructions, directions, and answers to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Chapel Hill’s Little Secret

Perfect home with all modern kitchen amenities. 3 bedrooms, 1bath, long driveway and patio. Our 2d time staying at this spot bc it’s close to UNC, but far enough to maintain your sanity and enjoy peace of mind.

Great Location in a Quiet Street

This house was the perfect location for visiting friends in Carrboro. We easily travelled to Durham and the surrounding area. The house was furnished with everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Aunt’s Memorial

What an excellent property. I was traveling with my cousin and sister for my Aunts memorial. We loved the house, the neighborhood everything about our stay. We even viewed a baby raccoon in one in the beautiful trees on this property. On check out I had caught a horrible cold and the owner worked with me so I could get a few more hours sleep before I had to head to the airport. Oh my what a life saver. Those few hours was just what I needed. If you need a place to stay this is the place. 5 star all the way.
