Have fun under the warm sun of Florida here at Sunshine Coast. This is a smoke free, pet free home nestled in a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Largo. It can accommodate 6 guests comfortably (max of 8). Short drive to countless gorgeous beaches, minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport and Tampa Airport. Lots of local indoor and outdoor activities to explore, local seafood restaurants and nearby parks. The perfect home for the perfect getaway. First time in florida

Our first trip to florida was first met arriving at this property which was very comfortable and cleanly. The rule book provided many useful tips and communication with the host was never a problem! Loved it here.

Very quaint and clean

The property was spotless and Katie was an awesome host. She was easy to contact and had all the answers. I would highly recommend this property. You should be aware that it is in an older community. But, it was quiet and in culdesac and felt safe. Walsingham park was close by which is a great park for walking.

Nice clean 2 bedroom home in quiet neighborhood

Great Location: Very close to beaches and several wonderful parks ideal for hiking or biking. Florida Botanical Gardens, Largo Central Park, Wilsingham Park and others all within 15 minute drive. Nice small towns of Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Dunedin and Gulfport offer nice shops and restaurants, all just a 30 minute drive. Katie is a great host. We had one small issue and she solved it in 20 minutes.

Spotless & Comfy

I first want to say this was THE cleanest, most spotless, vrbo we have ever stayed in! It is very roomy, we had 4 in our group and could have fit 4 more. The kitchen is large, dishwasher was handy - who wants to do dishes on vacay! There is a laundry room available for use which is a huge plus! After enjoying the very close beaches, entertainment & shopping, you can get a great nights rest in the comfy beds. The neighborhood seems to be an older area but was very quiet and we felt safe. The owner is terrific at answering any question you have or to accommodate your requests. Don't hesitate to snag this rental if it’s available!

Disappointed

The pictures of the inside were good....the outside and the neighborhood were NOT! The inside was lacking in any comfortable furniture. Outside had no backyard to speak of and landscaping was a mess. There was a so called grill and I wouldn't even cook a thing on it! We mainly didn't care for the location....it was a little scary. I would not recommend this place.

We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay as this is a first time we encountered such feedback. We have maintained our 5 star reviews in vrbo as well as other platform since we started the business and diligently kept our standards consistent in the last 2 years. Our neighborhood is well known to be quiet and safe (as mentioned multiple times on previous reviews including on my other platform) as most of the residents there are retired and we do have regular police patrol driving by the neighborhood. We never had any complaint esp about the neighborhood, hence observing quiet time and not allowing parties are one of our major house rules. We have provided the basic amenities and even extra ones that would be useful and comfortable for our guests during their stay. Our grill is actually fairly new and had only been used a few times. We also have weekly lawn service to keep the surrounding neat and tidy all throughout the year. lt’s unfortunate that you were disappointed and we were not able to meet your subjective standards but we’ve sincerely made our best effort to make your stay worth while. Beautiful Home

My sister and I stayed in this beautiful home celebrating my 55th birthday. Kathleen had a bottle of champagne waiting for me for my birthday when I arrived I thought that was especially nice. I must say the pictures do not do it justice it's very comfortable and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. I cannot say enough about how comfortable the beds are it was very hard for my sister and I both to get up out of those beds. It's very clean which was very good for my OCD. There were plenty of towels for the beach along with chairs that came in really handy at sunset on the beach. The home is located by lots of stores for shopping which I did a lot of, also I recommend Indian Rocks Beach if you prefer a not so crowded space. The sand was amazing it's so soft with seashells everywhere, it's much closer to the house this was our favorite spots. We loved Clearwater Beach but the parking is horrible compared to Indian Rock Beach which also had some beautiful sunsets and amazing restaurants in the area.

I'm Kathleen, small family of three and live locally. My husband and I are both working full time along with managing our rental property. We are very hands on as we consider this more than just a business, but our second home. As a matter of fact, our little girl calls it "our number 2". That says it all.

Accessibility is an understatement, being close to the beach is a major bonus, but being close to everything you need is a must.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unique, elegant, classic style of this home have won my heart. The lovely details of the ceiling has to be my favorite. It truly has that charming vibe in and outside of the house. Tropical oasis indeed.
