Welcome to Woodlawn Manor, a beautifully restored 1915 craftsman with a sparkling private pool and six spacious bedrooms—perfect for family reunions and big-group getaways.

Spread out in an open concept living space, cook together in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather on the shaded patio before a refreshing swim.

When you enter the foyer, there is a guest half bath and entrance to the Master suite, with a king and a spa like bathroom including a stand alone tub and multiple shower experience. Also off of the foyer is the entrance to the open concept living area, which combines the large kitchen and dinning room. It is a great open space where everyone can gather, eat and relax. Downstairs also has 2 more queen bedrooms, and another full bath. The front "parlor" bedroom is a historic treat with chandelier, wrap around leaded windows and 1915 fireplace with mantel. The rear "pool room" has an in suite full bath.

Upstairs is a large loft with a full bed, a bunk bed and a twin bed (bedroom #4), There is also bedroom #5 with a queen bed and half bath on the second floor.

Outside the back door you will find the casita (6th king bedroom and full bath), a private gated area with the pool and two separate sitting areas. This is a private pool with no life-guard. Swim at your own risk.

Woodlawn Manor is conveniently located in the safe and beautiful Monte Vista Historic District. Located slightly north of downtown San Antonio and is roughly bounded by San Pedro, Hildebrand, McCullough, Shook and Ashby. The neighborhood is characterized by distinguished residential architecture from the early 20th century including Classical Revival, Tudor, Spanish Eclectic, Queen Anne, and Craftsman style houses.

It was such a beautiful property that fit our big family perfectly. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of a storm knocking out San Antonio's electrical grid. Our host, Brent, communicated the entire time and made certain we were fairly taken care of. We'll be back again as soon as we can.

We were overall pleased with the house and location. The cooking pans were all non-stick and in poor condition and need to be replaced. We would have preferred stainless steel pans and some iron skillets, but there were non of either. The cookie sheets also needed to be replaced. Other than that, we were very happy.

It was very nice. We all loved the house. Lots of room and the pool was great. It’s a great place for a family or group of friends to stay. There were 8 of us and we were all very comfortable.

This location was outstanding! You would not be able to tell from the outside how grand the inside actually is. It was nice location wise and offered everything that was in the description. If there was anything I would improve on would be to provide more kitchen towels but that is a very minor issue that is wiped away with the experience one will have staying at this location. Thank you to the host of this location and we will definitely suggest this location any time one will ask where to stay!

This property was perfect for our extended family trip to San Antonio. From young kids to older grandparents, the space met all our needs. The host was reliable and maintained constant communication. We had seven adults/teenagers and the layout worked well. Nice older home in a good neighborhood. Great location for walking to coffee shops and less than 15 minute drive to Pearl Markets, Zoo, and Riverwalk. And, good access to Bandera, Greune and Boerne. The pool is not heated so it would be great during hotter weather. The host is very responsive to questions.
