This large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has everything you will need! Also has a huge balcony off the living room and off the bedroom.

The Bluewater unit is privately owned. We provide linens and towels and initial setups.

Parking is located across the street. Both a secured parking garage and parking lots are available. Parking Passes must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times. Passes and key cards for the parking garage are located in your unit. There is 15-minute parking located outside of the lobby for unloading and loading only. Vehicles that remain in the loading area for more than 15 minutes will be towed. All guests must be 25 years of age.

Beautiful property exactly as described. Phenomenal oceans views & very easy access to the beach. We greatly enjoyed the on site pizza cafe. The drinks & service at the Lido deck were wonderful & Friday & Saturday night DJ & karaoke was whole vibe you don’t want to miss. W e greatly enjoyed our stay & hope to come back next year

Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. Great ocean views and sounds of the waves very relaxing. Well stocked kitchen with 2 different styles of coffee makers. Convenient location. Tiki lounge and Pizza Kitchen on the property were good. Pool area was good with easy access to the beach. Loading and unloading zones were good with buggies and luggage racks available. Adequate parking and 4 minutes to the airport and shopping close by.

Happy with the place

We were very happy with our stay. Location was great with quick access to small stores to grab essentials. We didnt leave very much as we were there to enjoy the ocean. Would recommend.

Family vacation

Everything was ABSOLUTELY amazing we loved our stay at the resort! The condo was perfect for what we needed! The view was amazing! The only problem I had is everyone reuses the brackets from family to family same with key card I find that very nasty and wired! All the the resorts we stayed to those are souvenirs way of saying thank you for staying! The people there are so nice! It’s has ABSOLUTELY everything you need! We plan on going back just plan to check and see if that’s the resorts rule are the condo owners rule

The location of Elise’s house was perfect. The room with two beds was amazing and the other was suffice. The place was a good price for the amount of space and location.

Incredible view

The condo was not modern, but very clean and functional. We loved the view from the balcony!! We also liked that many little stores were within walking distance.

It was in a pretty good location. Just a short Uber away from the concert venue. The room was a little dated and when four people took showers the last may have hot water or not. The beds are worn out as well.

Post Christmas Get Away

This property was very clean and the host made check in and out fabulous. The condo is dated and lacks clocks and safety bars in the showers. The kitchen counter is rough but usable. I would stay here again in a heart beat, but I would pack extension chords, alarm clocks and a safety bar. Elise was wonderful responding to emails and very helpful!!

The code that was supplied to access the building was incorrect. We had no kitchen towels and wash clothes, we had 1 garbage bag for the kitchen. After overcoming those issues, the Condo was as described. We woke up to beautiful sunrises over the ocean each morning and had a wonderful stay.

The place was great. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The host was so responsive! We were able to tack on an extra day quite easily. Parking situation was not clear and the parking deck was a little scary for women traveling alone and we ended up paying to park. The only other idea for improvement is make the room number very prominent. We had to search through multiple mails to get something with the unit # on it. Overall, we definitely recommend!

Beautiful view!

We absolutely love the wide ocean view and the proximity to the beach. Love hearing the waves when we go to sleep and when we woke up. The place was very spacious with included amenities. I give this place 5 stars for the view and location. The place does need polishing and TLC. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there were stains in and around the shower. There were paint stains on the towel rack, shower faucets were lose, one of the towels had a musty smell. This may not be a deal breaker for most but it does make me question the cleanliness of the entire place. For the reasons mentioned above I gave this place a 3.

Nice location but needs more renovations

The condo was a good size for the 6 of us. Some things had been renovated recently, but many were still in need of updating. Location was great. There was a new Keurig machine. A nice new soap dispenser in only one of the bathrooms. The lock did not work in one bathroom. The door did not close in the other bathroom. The dryer needs to be replaced. There was a small frying pan, no large frying pan. The outdoor furniture needed a good cleaning. The fridge door closed only when pushed really hard. For what I paid, I was definitely looking for something a little better.

A relaxing stay in October

Check in was easy. Access cards and electroniccodes are throughout so you dont need physical keys. Some parking on property, several loding spots and additional parking in secure garage 2 streets over. Unit was clean, multiple tvs with movie channels, one with Roku. Oceanfront view was spectacular, seasy access to clean beach and good security for indoor and outdoor pools. We only had a couple of minor issues. Hot water lever was broken in second bathroom and a plumber arrived and fixed it the next day. Due to a water problem on another floor all building water was shut off for an hour. A member of our party got stck in an elevator which broke down. Fireman arrived 30 minutes later and door was breached. No injuries, just an inconvenience. Fire department says it happens throughout the town. Aside from that we had a verynice stay. We would go back again.

Hi- the place was beautiful. I felt like the bathroom and sheets hadn’t been changed. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The doors leading to the balcony was dirty with hand prints. There was NO hot water at any of the sinks. No garbage bags. Having to replace a keycard is crazy. I spent money to rent the house that should more than have covered it. Thankfully we didn’t lose it. The couch hadn’t been touched, it needed to be vacuumed. The glass table top still hand spots on it. Thankfully I do bring cleaning stuff. However having to pay for cleaning services seems a bit strange. Other than that it was great!

Issue after issue

The condo is very cutely decorated, very clean, view is fantastic and the balcony was great gets full Sun which I loved . Our issues were with air conditioning and issues in kitchen . When we arrived the codes were incorrect we struggle to get into the building. The keypad on the actual condominium is dark and you cannot see the numbers. We struggled many many times to get the door to open. We were given one key card for the building , the host did go out of her way to bring us a second key card for my daughter was arriving later. She told us that we were the guinea pigs for her condo as she had just remodeled it . Both sinks backed up when garbage disposer was used host offered to send Plumber didn’t want to inconvenience her. Therefore, I told her we would use the dishwasher but then when we use the dishwasher, the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and into the bedroom area .Finally a plumber came. He told us that the O-ring on the dishwasher was not connected, and he could not fix that because he didn’t fix appliances. Therefore, we were without a dishwasher for the stay. The stove top moved around while cooking did not feel safe to me.. the refrigerator door did not have a good seal on it and every time you opened the fridge you had to make sure to push hard to make sure the fridge was sealed. Then the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept kicking on and off numerous times. Condo never got below 76° host sent technician they claimed there was nothing wrong with it however, continuously loudly kicked on and off on and off on and off very very loud and seem to struggle we had no air . ( son is disabled and has epilepsy it was very important. He sleep, and he was hot, and could not sleep during the evenings.) had to sleep with sliders open.. fireworks on property on beach from 10 PM till after midnight most nights. No apologies from host we felt as though we were bothering host , no apologies, no offer for a small discount for issues . I am a travel agent. I do not complain, unless I see fit. I would not book with us host again. The communication with host was prompt however the vibe we got from her was negative. The Bluewater resort is very well taken care of, and the staff is amazing.? after discussing our condominium with the Bluewater staff, they advised us next time we can call the Bluewater resort, directly and book one of their candles that they represent and not go through Vrbo ( which we won’t be going back )

Perfect Getaway!

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely condo for our first mother/daughter vacation and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The most important thing to us is cleanliness, and we were not disappointed. It was immaculate! The pictures are exactly what the condo looks like. No surprises there. It’s a short elevator ride and walk to the beach. The lobby area is very attractive and clean. Also, there is a very nice Italian restaurant in the building, Dilisis on the Beach. I had to contact the owner a couple of times to ask about incidentals before our trip and she was very prompt in her reply. In conclusion, my daughter and I would definitely stay here again!

Very impressed and would use this place again! They were very clean and stocked on things most places weren’t. We had our 1 year old grandbaby and was going to buy a shovel and pale, they had one already there. Along with Beach towels! Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper and much more. Wonderful place
