At Oaklawn Place, you'll stay in a family friendly 3/2 1900sq ft home (upper level / stairs not required), close to many Hot Springs activities! Oaklawn Event Center & Racetrack - 1/2 a mile away. Downtown Hot Springs - less than 3! Shopping? Also not far! Come stay with us!!!

Oaklawn place sleeps up to eight (8) with existing bedding.

A Queen air mattress is available (bedding also provided) in the Sunshine Room closet which enables sleeping space for two (2) additional guests, if needed.

Great for the races

This property is close to the track, and the owner was super quick to respond to every question and very nice to deal with and the house was better than expected. I would highly recommend staying here.

Large, accommodating, with extras!

This property exceeded our expectations: plenty of room, comfortable mattresses and necessary amenities. Shampoo and conditioner in showers, k-cups were available and messages from the host were delivered and there was no need to reach out CV thanks to their proactive efforts! I would recommend this place.

Love this place!!!

Came for a relaxing weekend and this place was amazing. We enjoyed the bbq grill and fire pit for s’mores. Very comfortable beds, everyone had plenty of room.

Graduation trip

The carport height is short so watch raising the back of a hatchback or driving a full-size vehicle under it. The house was large, clean and comfortable. 1 bedroom tv didn’t work but other than that the stay was excellent. Communication with the owner was great. We would recommend this property,

Large home with plenty of room. The only thing negative I would say is needed more towels and toilet paper but we still managed just fine

Cozy stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We were only over for one evening but the property was super cozy and spacious. Everything was as advertised. We went over for the garden lights at Christmas time and had a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Loved relaxing on the large couch for a movie night after running around the town all day. Would definitely book again in the future.

House Close to Oaklawn

We had 7 women and had plenty of room. Location is great. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and fire pit. Wish there had been a few extra items as in paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

Everything good about property! Only suggestion would be to have a few spare blankets around. Some in our party were hot at night, others cold. Spare blankets would have helped cold ones.

Perfect property

We traveled to Hot Springs for a long weekend with our 2 of our adult children and their spouses. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The beds were quite comfortable and the outdoor area was a lovely place to sit and visit. Our hosts were very quick to respond to all of my questions before our stay. Thank you, again for offering your home for us to enjoy some much needed family time.

More than we could ask for!!

This was our first time to hot springs and we didn’t know what to expect. Once we arrived we were very pleased with the house and the cleanliness of it. We had more than enough room for the 7 of us and the location was perfect in terms of distance to everything we wanted to do. The property management was wonderful and went above and beyond with every question and request we had. We will definitely seek out Martin global for any further trips. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality.

Great house, online description needs updating.

We only stayed one night, so it was great for us. However, a drawer was missing in the kitchen and one of the 10 beds was a pack and play. The bedrooms had been modified from the o line description. Luckily, this didn’t affect our sleeping arrangements. The beds were comfortable, and the front porch was cozy. The front door was tight and caused small issues with the electronic locks, but it just required two hands. The changed descriptions, drawer, pack and play, and door are only reasons i didnt give 5 stars.

Good property, poor management

TLDR: House was well furnished and beds were comfortable. Dishwasher was broken for the duration of our stay, and no real solutions were offered by the owners. They refunded 4% of the total cost of our stay. Communication and response time were 12+ hours, or completely ignored. WiFi only allows five connected devices at a time. Long version: This house has a great location. It is easy to get to major attractions around town. It is the upstairs only of a house, there is another unit downstairs. The couches and beds are comfortable, and there is a lot of space for families. While we were there, the dishwasher was broken. This is obviously not ideal for a vacation rental, and washing all dishes by hand for seven people was not something we wanted to do on vacation. The property managers offered no real solutions, and eventually completely stopped responding to messages. They ended up refunding 4% of the total cost of our stay, which was laughable. We were told they are not authorized to do anything else until the owner comes back 3 weeks later. We also had constant problems connecting to the internet until they finally told us the WiFi only allows five devices at a time. For a house that advertises sleeping eight+ people, this is a little problematic. We haven’t ever had such poor communication at a short term rental. Still waiting on a response or solution from the actual property owner.
