Great Stay

Diane was really responsive, the property was in a great location and had the ocean right in the backyard. She had beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. We’d stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Maui. The location was perfect, roughly 20-45min drive to everything we wanted to do. We loved taking our breakfast out to the chairs in the back to enjoy the morning. Diane was also very responsive to all our questions and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again should we visit Maui in the future.

Very comfortable and amazing views!

Kyle’s place was in the perfect Wailea location in close proximity of some of the most beautiful beaches Maui has to offer. The condo had an amazing view of the golf course and ocean, where we saw sunsets and whales spiting from the patio! Island market a couple minutes away for any groceries and or freshe deli food. Excellent all around.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, stores & the marina. The condo unit is quaint - it’s perfect. The only suggestion I would make is to put a few lawn chairs on the grass overlooking the ocean - neighbouring condo units do this - it’s a nice touch. Check-in with Diane was perfect! She welcomed us and was very knowledgeable of the area and extremely accommodating. Great start to our vacation!

Maui Vacation

We had a great time here. It is perfect for couples to come and get away. It’s right on the ocean with amazing views. The harbor is a 5 minute walk and has some excellent restaurants and ice cream shops. There is a whale watching company in the harbor that we went on and saw 10+ whales including babies! There is also snorkeling and fishing charters as well in the harbor. If you have never been snorkeling there is a spot right out front with almost no waves that is a great spot to learn as well. We had a blast and if we come back to Maui we are certain to stay here again.

Maui vacation

This was a wonderful location to stay out. Centrally located and right on the water. Quiet location with beautiful views. We loved that we could walk to the marina for our boat trip and not have to deal with parking. The unit was very clean and lovely. We found the bed comfortable and everything we could need was there. I would definitely recommend this rental to friends and family! Communication with the property owners was quick and wonderful. We had a great time, thank you!

Great place/great host

Perfect location to explore Maui yet located in a quiet neighborhood! The studio apartment had all the features we needed-even a washer and dryer! The host was next door and checked every day to make sure we did not need anything! I even left the lights on in the car resulting in a dead battery but the host help to get the car started and on our way! Thanks for a great Maui experience-Mahalo

Condo studio near Aquarium

Clean studio condo, 3 min walk to Maui Ocean Center, a not to be missed aquarium. Quiet area, tends to get windy at least while we were there. Half hour drive to Lahaina, 15-20 to Kihei, 45 to Kapalua, 20 to airport. Sliding bathroom door provides little privacy, right next to bed. Could use a table lamp next to bed so ceiling lights don't always have to be used. Convenient washer and dryer, basic kitchen utensils provided. Dedicated free parking spot.

Cute little studio in Ma’alaea Harbor

Overall the condo was cute and safe and in a great location. We arrived for check in at 4pm and housekeeping had not quite been through the unit, but Diane was quick to remedy the situation and sent over the cleaning gals immediately. We were happily surprised there was laundry in the unit, as it was not mentioned in the listing or included in any pictures. You must be comfortable with all bathroom activities in this unit as there is no real privacy and the bathroom is essentially open with a sliding door that covers either the toilet or shower coves. The unit was quiet until the last day when we had neighbors and you could hear most of their activities in the bathroom and kitchen. Overall, we liked our stay. It was cute and secure and met our needs. We would stay here again. Mahalo and aloha!!

As long as you have a rental car this apartment is great! The owner is super-nice, accommodating, and a good and responsive communicator. There's plenty of space, the queen size bed is comfortable, a big TV, full size fridge, hot plate, toaster etc. Great water pressure and shower head set-up! The place is located like 100' or so from the ocean (sleep with the window open to hear the awesome waves and get a cool Maui breeze) and a 5 minute walk to a few food options and the marina (where I boarded a boat to go SCUBA diving so VERY convenient) for snorkeling, fishing and I think I saw whale watching. There are a few shops, an aquarium (not cheap to visit but we didn't go in so I don't know the details of what they have). I put on my mask & snorkel and saw a lot of fish in the bay right off the beach just feet from the room! And (not small) turtles are feeding off the rocks just feet from where you can stand, behind the apartment. Highly recommend staying here!

It was an absolutely beautiful property. The host was very communicative. We appreciated there being beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back!

This unit was originally part of the Waterfront Restaurant that was a favorite eatery amongst local residents and visitors alike. It treated customers in Ma'alaea for many years. Also available is a very large 3 bedroom ocean front condo that connects with this unit when rented together. See VRBO #4769744. That unit is rented separately depending on availability.
