Our second stay at this condo. Well stocked with most items we needed TV viewing wide variety much appreciated. Comfy beds, location, pools, property all great.

We will be back!

Exceeded expectations. Location was great, Beach was not crowded, room was great, and communication was great with the rental company. We had an issue with the AC and they responded quickly and had it fixed within hours! We will definitely be booking it the next time we go to North Myrtle Beach again!

Family vacation

We stayed in this property with our children, it was located right on the beach which everyone loved. The option for the indoor pool was great, the unit was clean and stocked with kitchen necessities and travel toiletries. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a life saver. The location is close to shopping centers and restaurants.

Good Location

We loved the location of the property. The beach wasn't to crowded and offered alot of space for the kiddos to play. We were a little dissappointed in the condo itself. The matresses and pillows were terrible, the bathroom and shower door barely closed. The air conditioning was dirty, several of us got sick. All in all, it was ok.

Great Location; No extras

The location can’t be beat. The facility was right on the beach, the pools were great, and it was wonderful having two parking passes. Only negative was that they only supply the bare minimum. 4 small, cheap bath towels, one garbage bag, half a roll of paper towel, and minimal soap. No extras like additional towels, blankets, or pillows. No beach chairs or towels. Plan to bring or buy anything you need or want.

There was a broken, but taped toilet water closet cover and a bathroom door hole which was also taped.

Great beautiful location

We had a great time here. The only complaint l have is the master bath has a very old and slippery cast iron tub. I fell once and my husband almost fell. It needs something put down for traction. Icemaker didn’t work also.

Filthy

Completely filthy. Fingerprints on all windows and appliances, feet were black from walking on the floor. Had to go purchase a swiffer mop, it took an entire package of swiffer wet pads to clean, it was disgusting. Also, place was in a LOT WORSE condition than in the pictures, pictures have to be 10 yrs old. Paint scraped off the walls Everything else was fine. The owner needs to take pride in ownership, little things like making sure it's clean, and a fresh coat of paint would go far. Place was gross, don't stay here

This was a nice place to stay with my family. Location is great. Walkway to the ocean, indoor (we didn't use) and outdoor pool, nice patio space and plenty of lounge chairs. I would give this a five star rating but the condo wasn't cleaned very well when we got there. Food in the sink drain (kinda stunk), soap bar from previous tenants in master bath, a tube of something left under queen bed and floors were very sandy. Bathroom door sticks. We thought we locked ourselves in a few times. Garbage and dust under couch. These are very minor things but should be mentioned. I would recommend this property for a nice get away. Lots of shops and restaurants close.

I'm not even sure where to begin. First, let me say that Charlie from maintenance was fantastic! He came when we called and was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. We asked for an early check- in and they weren't sure they could accommodate (completely understandable), but when we were sent the key info and we went up to the condo, the front door was left wide open by housekeeping (and we aren't sure how long it was left like that, but it was long enough that the vents were leaking and the fridge took over 24 hours to return to a normal temperature). I entered first to check the condo because I was afraid for our safety given how it was left open. It also was disgusting inside. It was clear that housekeeping didn't clean the floors or any of the surfaces. There was debris under the bed that was clearly there for a while. The furniture was stained and dingy. The kitchen garbage cans had nats. It was truly disappointing and completely different than all of the other Vrbos I've used. A good deep cleaning is much needed.

Beautiful Location!

The location is what you would hope it to be. The beach is beautiful and within very close access to barefoot landing and about 20 min to Broadway at the Beach and the Grand Strand. The rental has beautiful views. The pool is awesome and kept clean and the elevators are quick. We did have some issues in the unit. The Ice Maker didn’t work but the owners offered to bring a couple bags of ice. The bathroom’s are tiny with no place to put your things and the master bath is very dated and used. I’d suggest adding some shelves. The entire place could use a fresh coat of paint as it looked worn. The balcony is weirdly set up and small but we made it work. Finally the master bedroom mattress was hard and the pillows were thin. I would also suggest adding fans to the bedrooms as it did feel warm at times. All this said we really did have a nice time and we would likely return but we would like to see some improvements made.

Beautiful property in a quiet building

The property manager, Rental Leaf, did a great job being prompt with contacting us via text prior to check in with information and our door code. However, they did not give us the door code for the front door of the building, and when I texted them about it (they did text me back after hours, which was nice) they gave me an incorrect door code. After running into a board member for the building and getting the correct door code from them, the rest of our stay was relatively easy going. The room itself was very nice. It appeared that the owners were slowly working on updating things. The kitchen was fantastic. It was beautiful and incredibly well stocked. The only things that stood out that needed updating were the master bathroom tub and the privacy shades on the balcony doors. There were a few maintenance issues that stood out, such as the balcony door in the living room not locking, the door to the master bath and the toilet tank lid both had holes/cracks that were covered with white duct tape, and the floor wasn’t really all that clean. There wasn’t anything big or noticeable on the floor, but shortly after getting there, we noticed that our socks were filthy. Overall, I would totally recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a lovely condo in a low key, quiet building for their stay.
