Ce condo de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain en bord de mer a été entièrement rénové et comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, une laveuse, une sécheuse, une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre et un balcon de seize pieds avec vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Le Watepointe 1 est situé dans le quartier calme et familial de Windy Hill Beach à North Myrtle Beach. Notre bâtiment comprend une piscine intérieure chauffée et un bain à remous, une piscine extérieure avec une immense terrasse, une piscine pour enfants ombragée, une aire de grillade avec des tables de pique-nique et deux passerelles en bois menant à la plage qui se trouve à seulement 30 mètres du bâtiment. Le parking n'est jamais un problème et il y a le WIFI gratuit dans tout le complexe.

Retour au condo. Le maître a un lit king size, salle de bain privée et accès au balcon. La première chambre a un lit queen size, un grand placard et une commode pleine grandeur. La deuxième chambre est idéale pour les enfants avec des lits superposés et une télévision à écran plat.

La cuisine est neuve avec des appareils électroménagers de grande taille, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Beach getaway

Perfect location. We had a great beach getaway. Couldn’t ask for anything else. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything that you would need for your week stay. Location was perfect a few steps to the beach a half mile walk to coffee in the morning. I would highly recommended staying here.

Amazing Location!

We had a great time and will definitely be staying there again. The condo was gorgeous and updated. The beds were really comfy and the view was spectacular! Any questions we had were answered immediately by the owner. I wish we could've stayed longer. Next time for sure!

Great as Always

Another great stay at Waterpointe I! Kitchen was stocked with most any appliance you would want to use during a long stay. Conveniently located. Kudos to the beach rental - chairs and umbrellas were always set up on time.

Beautiful and clean!

We had a family getaway and loved every second of it! Our hosts were easy to get in touch with and always had a quick and friendly response. The condo was clean, well-furnished, and well-stocked with linens and kitchen items. Of course, being able to walk directly to the beach was the best part! We would definitely come back!

Great Location

Pros: Location - right on the beach and it wasn't crowded most days; close to Barefoot Landing Fully furnished Relatively clean Quiet Responsive management company Cons: We couldn't get one of the sliding doors to the balcony to lock. Not an issue for us with older kids, but it would be for a family with small kids.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time on our summer vacation in this beautiful condo! The view of the ocean is breathtaking from the master bedroom and the living room. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay easy! Ididn't have any problems but did communicate with Randy a couple times and he was always quick to respond! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

New Years Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Watetpoint 1, the building overall is wonderful and the common area is beautiful and very family friendly. The pool was perfect and never crowded and obviously the easy beach access can't be beat. The condo itself was just as advertised and had everything you coukd possibly want or need for a vacation. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The furniture was a little dated, but thats really the only knock. The owners amd management company were super responsive and kind and that makes a huge difference for me. I would most definitely rent from them again. Overall great experience and my family cannot wait to be back in North Myrtle Beach this spring!

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The location is perfect! Close to everything but not near the noise. The beach is fabulous. The condo is well equipped for guests. I took my Mom, my best friend and my twin boys. The condo set up was perfect. Having a washer and dryer was helpful. The pools and hot tub were very nice. We loved that there were board games in the room- we even left one we had brought with us to add to the collection. Windy Hill is a great location. It feels very exclusive but it’s in close driving distance to everything. Would love to return to this location again. The property owner/manager was very prompt in responding when I had questions. Great experience overall!!!

Very Nice

The condo was exactly as pictured. Owner/rental co was easy to deal with. Location was perfect..near to restaurants & direct oceanfront. Few recommendations; add a ceiling fan to the living room & master bedroom; please, please, demand the HOA do something about the pool deck. The med sized stones used in between the square pavers are absolutely brutal on your feet. Every person there was complaining. It can't cost but a few hundred dollars to seal that small of an area...absolutely horrible and near impossible to walk on without shoes. We would definitely rent again when in the area.

Thank you for your review and happy you enjoyed your trip. The outdoor pool sundeck is actually on the list of our $1.1 million improvement project. Unfortunately we have not come up with a viable option as we cannot seal it, whatever we do has to be water permeable...but we are looking into options. Plans for indoor pool renovation and de-humidification system are slated for Nov - Jan. I will pass on the ceiling fan suggestion to the owner of the condo as well. Have a great rest of the summer and hope to see you in the future.

Nice property in an excellent location.

Great location directly on the beach and super convenient to anything one needs while on vacation. The building is well-maintained. Make sure you have flip-flops if you’re going to use the outdoor pool as the pool deck is paved with large stones that are very uncomfortable to walk barefoot on. The condo itself is nice enough. We all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is updated beautifully. The furnishings and decor in the living areas and bedrooms could use updating and lack a cohesive theme—feels worn and like it was all kind of cobbled together. The entire place badly needs new flooring, and it’s too bad that bathtubs weren’t updated with the rest of the bathrooms because they make both baths feel dated. Direct communication with the owners was excellent and quick, but the “form letter” emails and packet of instructions really should feel more welcoming and less punitive and harsh.

Family memories

We love Waterpointe I! It is a fantastic property! The property is clean and very well maintained. We've usually visit in October but this time at the first of June. The beach is just steps away and not crowded at all no matter the time of year. The owners are all very welcoming! They look out for us and love our kids. The pools are great for our kids after a long day on the beach. The condo we stayed in was nicely maintained and very homey. Lots of supplies were provided which makes it easier when packing and buying supplies for the stay. I absolutely love that there is a washer and dryer in each unit!!! It makes the return home so much easier. We don't have to pack as much this way either...especially with kids. The view was spectacular from this unit-804. It was very nice to sit out on the balcony and watch/listen to the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing!! Last, but not least, Randy is always very easy to work with and is very accommodating. He communicates quickly and and is always willing to help! We will continue to return to this property for years to come!! It's our family's home away from home.
