Cette unité contient 4 téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteur Blue Ray, NETFLIX, WIFI GRATUIT, une cuisine entièrement équipée et laveuse / sécheuse.

Cette unité est au troisième étage, # 305 (VRBO # 683540) et dispose d'un maître avec un lit king size et salle de bain privée et vue directe sur l'océan. La deuxième chambre offre un lit queen size et la 3ème chambre est équipée de 2 lits simples.

Le Waterpoininte 1 est situé dans le quartier paisible et familial de North Myrtle Beach, à Windy Hill. Il dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine extérieure, d'une piscine pour enfants en plein air, d'un espace de grillades avec tables de pique-nique et de deux terrasses. Le hall d'accueil spacieux est équipé d'un coin salon, de tables, de chaises et d'une télévision. Nous sommes à moins d'un kilomètre et demi de Barefoot Landing, d'Alligator Adventure, de House of Blues et de l'épicerie Bi-lo. Seulement 2 miles de Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Centre commercial Myrtle Beach et bien plus encore !!!

Perfect ocean front family vacation property.

Awesome location, clean, nicely decorated, convenient to beach and restaurants, indoor/outdoor pool, sweet view of the ocean, kitchen well equipped, great cable TV, flooring was perfect for being at the beach (not carpet). Would definitely come back.

Amazing location, beautiful property and helpful, friendly owners

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The rooms were the perfect set up for us and we utilized the deck every day. Both of the pools were a great way to take a break from the beach and everyone that we met were very friendly. The location was great also. Far enough away from Myrtle Beach with plenty of access to restaurants, shops and dining. We also got to meet one of the owners and she was very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful ocean front views and newly decorated condo.

This was a very well maintained condo with beautiful. Had all the necessities of home. Comfortable beds, along with hot showers. Couldn't have picked better property owners to deal with. Cant wait to visit Myrtle Beach again.

Fantastic Property

We were only able to stay for 1 day due to a mandatory hurricane evacuation, but we will definitely book this property again! The location is perfect. It’s close to local attractions and has direct beach access. We loved it! Randy was wonderful to deal with, especially in light of the situation with the evacuation. I strongly recommend him as a host!

Thank you for the review despite having your visit cut short by hurricane Dorian. We road it out...just a lot of rain and wind for about 6 hours and it's been beautiful weather ever since.

Wonderful vacation here!!

Amazing location RIGHT on the ocean! Ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. My wife and I left the sliding glass door open a bit at night and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The condo is very nice and clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. The owner’s communication was awesome! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

Perfect vacation

We had an amazing week. Thr condo was perfect. Looked just like pics. Spotless upon arrival. Very well stocked kitchen..had everything you needed plus some. Extremely short walk to beach. Very family oriented. Many resturants and activites near by. Condo was plenty of room for family of 4. Thanks for a perfect week!

Sisters trip

We were delighted upon arrival that the property was just as described. The bedding & furniture was clean & tidy. There were 4 of us (sisters) who met up from different states for some bonding time. We had a beautiful stay with zero problems. It’s a great location, no issues with parking & to our delight there were some beach chairs in the closet we could use. Great family vacation

This condo was just right for my wife and me, my two boys (10 and 8) and my in-laws. We swam in the ocean every morning and often enjoyed both pools in the afternoon. Barefoot Landing was basically across the highway from where we were staying. We met both Randy and Debbie multiple times. They were extremely responsive and communicated well when the building management required some maintenance to our unit during our stay.

Great place but bring your own linens

Overall we had a great time and the condo was clean and nice and we loved the fact it was such a short distance to beach and having a key pad to enter was awesome! I would however expect a condo that we paid a little over $1500 to stay at to have better linens otherwise make a note to renter to bring their own. Between the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 children) there were 5 towels and 2 wash cloths one of those having huge holes in it!! (I'm hoping you weren't aware of that being left for your guests.) I would think at least 4 towels per room and 2 wash cloths per room. Also, one of the extra blankets had worn holes in it. Your home is beautiful and I'm sure some of these things maybe you weren't aware of but I just think with such a nice place you would want to compliment it with nice things especially when it comes to your guests. Other than that place was nice and Randy is great about answering questions and concerns and we appreciated that.

Hello We have attempted to make the accommodations very nice but it is the little things, towels for example that can really make a difference. I apologize for the this and will be contacting the service regarding this issue today. On another note, we have recently relocated to North Myrtle Beach and will be visiting both units weekly to monitor quality of cleaning, etc. Thank you Randy & Debbie House

Perfect location and super comfortable beds!

We consider ourselves pretty seasoned property renters/travelers and Randy’s condo was a wonderful for our 5 day vaca! The beds were all very comfortable and the couches were perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The view is incredible! I love to cook and had fun using their Ninja Foodi Airfryer. (I found instructions on YouTube). The table was perfect for our nights in. The only suggestion I would have would to have better lighting in the kitchen especially over the stove and sink. But definitely not a deal breaker and we would stay there again for sure. Our daughter has special needs, so we appreciated the step-free path to the beach. All the residents we met were very friendly and it was neat to see the craft activity they put together one day. You can tell the property has owners who take pride in living here! :)

The condo was in a great location but the condo itself was just ok, nothing spectacular for how expensive it is, a cleaning fee was included yet we were charged an extra $75 because we didn’t strip beds & clean the dishes before we left at 10am which is an extremely early check out time, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone

In response to this review I would simply like to direct potential future guests to 72 other VRBO reviews received on this property and the 4.9 out of 5 star rating it has received over the past several years. In this instance the reviewer is unhappy with the fact a $75 fee was assessed for their failure to follow any of the checkout process and their dissatisfaction with the 10:00 a.m. departure time. These procedures and check out times appear in text of online listing, the signed rental agreement, the information packet, as well as being prominently posted on the refrigerator. Furthermore, these are standard procedures when checking out of a rental. While 95% of guests follow the process there are always those who think that the rules do not apply to them and this is simply one of those cases. I would like to thank this traveler for agreeing she will never stay here again.

Perfect family vacation in an ideal location

This was our first rental with VRBO and I hope all our future rentals go as smoothly as this one. The rental was located in an ideal, uncrowded spot right on the beach. We loved waking up to the ocean view each morning. It was clean and well-equipped above our expectations with linens, kitchen supplies, and beach gear. We loved our family trip and are looking forward to coming back again.

Room with a View

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. The linens were well maintained. The bathrooms were wonderful. The beach was inviting. The only thing I would ask is instructions on how to use the air fryer and maybe some pots for making spaghetti. The recliner was my favorite seat very comfortable. The suggestion to park across the street in the overflow lot was very appreciate. I highly recommend this condo the owners were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this Condo . The Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach South Carolina is off the beaten path. Located on a section of South Ocean Blvd that is free from retail, restaurants, and businesses, instead it is a 2 mile strip that is purely residential with multiple ocean front condominiums.

As a result, the beaches are quieter, cleaner, and less crowded.

Our building, Waterpointe 1 is located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd and features both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, corn-hole boards, grilling station, sun decks, direct access to ocean via 3 walk ways, and a spacious air conditioned lobby with very comfortable seating.

Many guest like it so much they come back year after year.
