Are you looking for a beautiful place to stay on Lake Hamilton and convenient to Garvan Gardens and all of what Hot Springs has to offer?? You have found the perfect place! Come enjoy this updated lakefront property!! The master has a very comfortable Queen size bed with master bath. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds! One twin size bunk and one full size bunk. It has the option to sleep 4-6 people! There is a spacious open floor plan in den and kitchen. The den also has a full-size pull-out couch. This house has the option to sleep 10!
The front porch is perfect for sitting and enjoying the lake and those beautiful Lake Hamilton sunsets!
It is also very conveniently located just around the corner from Garvan Gardens!

Location, location, location! Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Garvan Gardens. We loved sitting out on the porch in rocking chairs, watching the kids play. The house was comfortable, spacious, and had a well-appointed kitchen for cooking dinner each night. A great family stay and we will definitely be back.

The house was wonderful. It is hard to tell what house the numbers on mailbox are small and on opposite side of view. Also, was not sure if I could go down to lake area and swim.

Our family enjoyed our get away at this beautiful property. We swam, fished and took in the awesome lake sunrises. Rural location but still close to all local attractions. Host was attentive and the home was clean.

Our family (2 teenage girls and pets) took a trip back to Hot Spings during Christmas. Hot Springs is one of our favorite places to visit. We really enjoyed staying at this lakefront property (we loved playing connect four when we returned to the house late at night,too!). The property is very clean and a perfect location on the lake. From the home you could see some of the lights at Garvan and hear the music, too. We have a tradition of cooking a shrimp boil and bread pudding for our Christmas meal. We had all the necessary equipment to do so. We typically use a pot and burner outside for our shrimp boil, but we had pots and pans that allowed us to cook our meal indoors. You're just a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and all the business on Central. Some of of our favorite places to eat were closed for the holiday (we enjoy McClards and Mr. Whiskers), but were still able to eat at many of our favorites. We also took (a very long) day trip to Eureka Springs and Fayetteville during our stay. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing space, this is a great option. It's a great place for a family of four!

Restful and Lovely

We enjoyed our stay so much- the property is beautifully situated on a lake. There’s a tucked-away feel as you travel down a curvy mountain road to the location. The owners are responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed for a perfect total eclipse view and a comfortable stay. Thank you, Sarah!

Beautiful house. Lack of privacy

The house was clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for my family of 5. This location is not good for fishing. We did not catch a single fish the entire 3 days we were there. No big deal but just a heads up. The property managers dad lives in the connected main house and he hovered quite a bit. He was friendly, we just felt like we were being watched the whole time. At one point he asked if it was okay if the electrician came by. We said that was fine. About an hour later the electrician and the dad knock on the door and then just open and come in without giving us time to answer the door. My wife was in the middle of nursing the baby in the living room and didn't even have time to get decent before they barged in. We also found 2 lizards in the closet of the master bedroom. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Oh I hate to hear you had any issues with our property!!! There are tons of fisherman that come down the cove to fish and are always right by our dock. I’m not a fisherman so not sure the issues here. Sorry for your troubles. This property takes constant care and attention and my Dad helps with the upkeep and grounds keeping.. He doesn’t live there but stays for stints of time to make sure everything is well kept. You had received a discount for booking with us because you were our first guest!! We wanted to make sure your every need was taken care of and would be there to assist if needed. As far as the electrician goes, we realized the day before that one of the light fixtures wasn’t working. While we had an electrician on the property assisting with the other house and garage, my Dad asked if they could go in for just a few minutes to take care of the issue with the light fixture. After 5 minutes of knocking, he assumed no one was there. Since you had given him permission he entered and was a bit shocked when you were sitting on the couch completely decent, and never answered the door or said anything through the door. Thank you for letting us fix the issue during your stay. As far as pest control, every building on property is taken care of with a pest control company and mosquito service. I will bring this to their attention. I’ve never seen any lizards but I know that sometimes if the door is left open while bringing in luggage that bugs can get in during that process. We pride ourselves in making our guests stay an enjoyable experience. We are glad that all in all your experience was good!!!

View was better than expected

First off, we were impressed with the view of the lake. From the pictures, we anticipated a partial view blocked by the other house; that was not the case, and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything else was as pictured. Our son fished off the dock—no luck, but he still enjoyed himself. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were better than more VRBOs—my husband turns over like a WWF wrestler, so sturdy and comfortable are both important. The towels were great too! We don’t love Keurigs and using K-cups for coffee; I meant to bring our coffee maker but forgot. Also, we make eggs every morning, and they stuck terrible (even with our avocado oil spray). Not a deal breaker—just be prepared. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Oh, and the comment from another user about the dad living next door: we never saw him. Either he wasn’t there or he never came out while we were out, and we spent time around the fire pit and by the water around sunset and in the evenings. 5 stars!

Beautiful place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this place. So peaceful. We can’t complain about anything. It felt like we were home. The kitchen was nice. I love cooking breakfast for my family. The kitchen was perfect. Not to mention the lake. The lake was glorious! My kids and I went swimming… I recommend this place to the ones the are planning to have a peaceful weekend or get away from all stress… five stars from me…

Gorgeous newly remodeled

Our Girl Scout troop loved the house. Plenty of room for girls and leaders. Girls loved the lake and playing volleyball. Great location away from hustle and bustle but close to lots of activities. Thank you Sarah and your dad we had a great time.

RELAXATION CENTRAL

We highly recommend this wonderfully comfortable and amazing quiet home on the hill. The views of the water through the windows were what we needed while having to work a bit on the road. Incredibly comfortable beds and our dogs felt like home. They loved the water!!!!

We are a family of 6 from Germantown, TN. We love Lake Hamilton! It is our home away from home. Sarah has grown up coming here her whole life. Her whole family is from the area. We have owned a condominium in past years and used it as vacation property as well. We loved it so much we decided to own a home where we could spread out.

This property has a wonderful dock that you can sit and relax on. There is a swimming area just right off the dock. It has a level grassy lawn with seating with a fire pit and a grill.
