Inside, the air‑conditioned garage game room delivers hours of entertainment with air hockey, ping pong, Tempest and other arcade games, a giant Connect 4, a 55" Roku TV, tables, and seating.

For safety and property protection, the home does have monitoring equipment. Security cameras are located at the front door exterior, overlooking the driveway and at the pool equipment. The property also includes a privacy‑complaint decibel monitoring sensor inside and outside the home; it measures noise levels only and does not record audio. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
