This lovely new home sits in a quiet, safe street , steps from the Bohemian King St / Lumber Arts District and all restaurants on Main St. It is centrally located and walking distance to everything Brevard has to offer: Art galleries , Restaurants, Shopping, Breweries ,Brevard Music Center. Brevard College and all Outdoor Activities.

Great home in a great location

The property was better than the photos. Everything was very nicely appointed! Having the garage was key as it was very cold during our stay. There was plenty of room for our family. And the location to town was excellent.

Mountain get away

Always wonderful to stay in this beautiful quiet home- steps from great coffee, dining, shopping. Look forward to return trips here. We always sleep so deeply here- no sirens, loud trucks- just peaceful mountain air. Almost heaven

Excellent home close to town

This is a very nice home. Plenty of room for four couples. House has everything you need. 2 blocks to downtown Brevard. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Brevard

We loved our stay at this property. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. Comfortable beds, fabulous pillows, comfortable porch with friendly neighbors, amazing total comfort with a location that is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, great shopping, and hiking. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering a home in this beautiful, safe area.

Fabulous house and great location!

We absolutely loved this house! Super convenient location right on Main Street. We walked everywhere the entire weekend. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our group of 8 friends fit comfortably in the house. We are already looking forward to booking it for next summer!

Family Biking Trip

We love this house! We’ve stayed twice now. The location is perfect- you can walk easily to downtown and the start of the greenway is next to the neighborhood so you’re a quick ride away from playgrounds and breweries.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay at Alchemy very much. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Brevard and right on the paved walking/biking trails. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were all comfortable. The crib is a great addition! Would definitely recommend!

Stylish Recently Built House

Stylish with up to date furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable accommodations for our party of eight. Small outdoor patio with grill, nice front porch, but no green space. Short walk to downtown Brevard.

Wonderful location & Wonderful house

Very clean house with a wonderful layout. We had 4 couples and 2 children under 3 and the house worked wonderfully. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to be nice & quiet. We cooked a good bit & they had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was excellent. We hope to come back again soon!

Perfect for Family Reunion

We had three families stay in the house and it was perfect for us because the kids had enough room to play and the outside areas were wonderful. The house was immaculate and there were extras of every thing. The proprietors were great to deal with! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will definitely be back!

Mountain Song in Brevard

We attend the Mountain Song Festival each September in Brevard- this home is, by far, the best home and location in our history of attending! 3 couples had plenty of room and a private bath. Perfect in every way- walked to breakfast, shopping art galleries, and dinner. Highly recommend! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Close to bike trail…like, super close (2 driveways down). Great separation of private space and good community space. Might add a little bit of seating to living room. Dining great for large group! Kitchen is well appointed!

Wonderful property! Only one suggestion. A few of the showers would be better if the water flow stoppers were removed from the shower heads. Need a little more pressure to wash our hair!

Beautiful home close to everything!

This house was perfect for a few sets of friends going mountain biking. We really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom and a half bath for the common area. It is walking distance to everything and the neighbors were so quiet and friendly. We could secure our bikes in the garage. Beautiful home stocked with everything we could need.

Our Family enjoyed this beautiful home!

This property is cose to downtown Brevard and the Brevard Music Center. We were delighted with the design and functionality. My daughter said , "Give them a good reveiw!"We had grandparents, our daughter, son, and 3 teenagers . Bedrooms were arranged for all of us to be comfortabale. The kitchen perfect for preparation of food. Breakfast in covered porch area was delightful. We needed nightlights.

Fantastic house just minutes from downtown Brevard. Communication with owner is excellent. Beds are very comfortable with great linens and bedding. 2 REFRIGERATORS for your large group! Front porch is great for morning coffee and back porch is great for evening drinks. Owners have anticipated all your needs. I stayed here with a group of 5 women for a girls getaway. It was a great base for day trips to Chimney rock, Asheville and DuPont State Forest.

It was very convenient for the family events we enjoyed.

The living area was sufficient for the 4 adults staying together. I have no idea how 12 would have managed. We had a terrible time with the streaming service. I believe that a simple guide would have solved the issue. We tried to start the towels but couldn’t get the washing machine to work.

We appreciate all feedback and truly value our guests experience as can be seen with our 5 star reviews and repeat guests. We wish the guests would have reached out to us about any difficulties navigating the TVs and working the washing machine . The first we heard of the problems was in their review. The cleaners indicated no problem at all with the washing machine when they arrived after the guests departed and we have never had any guests have difficulties with the TVs. We have excellent high speed internet and Smart TVs with all the apps on the screen. As far as limited seating , the living room and dining area is an open concept , so guests can use the dining chairs for extra seating . Our guests particularly appreciate the four bedroom / 4,5 bathroom for large parties . We always try to improve our guests experience but we can only help if the guests advise us of any concerns during their stay , we are always more than happy to help in anyway .

Just perfect!

This property was EXACTLY what we needed for our gathering of lifelong college friends! It was convenient for walking to lots of locations, was beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped, clean, and exactly as described. The beds, linens and furniture were all very comfortable, and there was enough room for everyone to have their own bed. For me personally, my only feedback would be that the thermostats did not seem to allow us to lower the temperature below 70 degrees, and a supply of K-cups would have been much appreciated. Had we known for sure that the coffee pot had the capacity to make coffee with K-cups, we would have all brought our own. Literally, that is all I can think of that would have made our stay better. It was just right for our needs, and I suspect that we will rent this property again in the future!
