This newly renovated apartment is located walking distance from Roswell Park Hospital, Oishei Children's Hospital and Buffalo General Hospital. As well as many vibrant restaurants and bars. This apartment is a small studio but is fully stocked and features all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. This is the perfect base to experience Buffalo during your 1 month+ stay.
The space:
This is a studio apartment located in the heart of Allentown. The apartment features all of the following:
-Comfy twin sized murphy bed that can fold up in to the wall
-Updated kitchenette with a mini fridge, mini freezer
- Stove top and a microwave that also doubles as a convection oven
-Blazing fast wifi
-40 inch Roku Smart TV w Netflix
-Clean, private bathroom with a bathtub.
Other things to note:
This apartment is located in a 24 unit building on the VERY central Allen street. This area scores a 96 walkability score- a walkers paradise! There is also street parking available along N. Pearl street that usually has spots available. We value our guests sleep and provide a sound machine and ear plugs to address any possibility for noise.
