time in denver

this property location was wonderful.easy to walk to many different places and locations. the staff is friendly and helpful. i would stay here again.

Stay in Denver

Great little place in the heart of lower downtown Denver. We really enjoyed that we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go Downtown. Also, it was a 20 minute drive to Red Rock Amphitheater for the show we came for.

Heaven on Earth

This location is PERFECTION! The property is immaculately furnished and welcoming. It is centrally located and walking distance from downtown. The property also provides a designated parking space. The check-in process was seamless. Our host was very attentive and communicative. This property is a MUST stay when in Denver!!! We plan on coming back soon.

Weekend to explore Denver

Awesome location! Walked all over the city from this location. Parked in the designated parking spot and didn’t need to use the car. Used the community room to play pool and shoot basketball. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Loved the location

Very nice condo. Clean and well equipped. It was pricey but it was our first time in Denver and we loved the location. We walked everywhere or caught bus, shuttle or train from Union station. Construction (apparently going on for 2 years now) on 16th was unexpected and a big disappointment. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo/great location

I really enjoyed this condo for our latest Denver trip. It was perfect for a family of four. It is centrally located, so it's easy to walk to lots of shops and restaurants as well as Coors Field. The condo was clean and stocked with essentials, such as laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, etc. Some of the amenities were under construction, so we were not able to access some of them. But that's just a timing issue. I highly recommend this condo!

Great LODO experience

Classy condo with great views and amenities. Plenty to do within walking distance and easy to get onto the freeway. The beds are extremely comfortable with nice bedding. Kitchen is well-stocked and the coffee was delicious too. Thank you for a wonderful Denver experience.

This place was perfect! We came for a concert at Mile High, easy to walk to Larimer Square (restaurants) and then home from the show. Was great to have access to parking. Thomas was very responsive and the staff at front desk were very friendly. Place was well appointed and just as described, the only problem was we were too busy to stick around and enjoy it more! Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo in the middle of LoDo

Very comfortable and as advertised. We chose to not rent a car for our short 3 night stay and it was never an issue. The condo is in the middle of it all. Four blocks to Union Station, an easy walk to Coors Field, and it's surrounded by quality restaurants all within short walking distances. If you are looking for LoDo accomodations, look no further.

Fabulous location

The place is right in the heart of downtown with walking distance to the 16th Street Mall. There is a short driving distance to various places such as Ball Arena and the Denver Aquarium. I loved how my son and I had separate spaces that we could shut the door to wind down at night. I was able to cook meals when we didn't want to eat out. There is a washer and dryer in the unit to keep laundry clean while staying there. Overall, I had a great time staying at this place.

Changes

We had meetings set up for a week in our Denver office. Went back to back. Hurricanes were aimed at Florida. We had to adjust our plans due to the type of work we perform. The owner of this property was very accommodating and it was easy to make a change to just send our executive team while we stayed back and dealt with the disasters taking place in Florida. Very helpful
