Nashville Stay

As advertised. Centrally located and very clean. Check in was super easy. Don’t hesitate to rent this property. Three adults stayed very comfortably. Will stay again on our next visit.

What a Cool Find!

Awesome Condo walking distance to Bridgestone and Broadway. If you like historic charm, this condo is for you. You will be captivated by the exposed brick wall and wood ceiling. A really unique amenity is the basement-level bar. We flew in from Florida and the owner allowed us to check in early. I highly recommend this comfortable exceptional condo.

We stopped for a couple night on our way home from Georgia. The property is awesome. Just a quick Uber ride to Broadway! Will stay here again.

Cute space and easy booking process

Was a cute property and spacious. Enjoyed stay not a fan of being down a darker side street but that’s a personal thing not the property it was well lit on the property site itself for parking and secure. Only suggestion has almost everything needed surprised there was no toaster.

Very Nice apartment and good location

We’ve stayed in Nashville before and this was definitely the nicest (and best priced) place we’ve stayed. We chose this location because it’s close to the Gulch and downtown. Driving to our destinations and parking during our stay was never an issue. Parking did get a little expensive downtrend but you’re saying for convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Small but Mighty

We have a family of 6, it was tight, but we fit. The place is super clean and modern. Its proximity to downtown is fantastic. The 1856 Tobacco Warehouse vibe was an added extra.

Amazing place / location

Great writing vibe for my one week stay. Close to Broadway and Germantown micro breweries. Communication with host was excellent and the place was very clean as I am a neat freak. Don’t miss out on the basement speak easy the bartender is a gem and they have excellent service. Pool worked perfect for my needs relaxing and cooling off. I’ll be back our host was amazing!!!! This property had a 10/10 rating, so I was expecting everything to be near perfect. The pull out was broken and had bodily fluid stains on the mattress. The couch smelled bad. One of the two chairs I. The living area was broken. There were no oven mitts and no kitchen essentials like salt/pepper/cooking spray. Some of the bath towels were threadbare. The unit looked like it had held a few too many parties to get a good rating from me. When I brought the problems to the attention of the property manager, she was very quick to respond, but said all of the broken things were ‘newly broken’. From the smells, stains and broken down nature of the pullout, I do not think this was new damage. The unit above us was rented and apparently had a very noisy couple who sounded like they were having sex in our unit. The floors and walls offer no sound proofing. I wouldn’t stay here again and beware of that 10/10 rating!

Golf in Nashville

The unit was in a great location and the property owner communicated very well. The unit itself had some issues. The first major thing for me was the bathroom was not clean at all. There was hair in the shower that definitely did not belong to me. The floor in the bathroom was very dirty and the shelves in the bathroom hadn’t been wiped in weeks. I found that very odd since the rest of the unit seemed clean. The people in the unit above mine were training horses or were square dancing all the time. Found it hard to relax as there was constant noise. The owner did reach out to someone regarding this issue but there was very little success. The owner of the property did try so I can not lay all the blame there. The bathroom is on the cleaning crew and whoever is supposed to check things over. I was charged a cleaning fee as I am sure everyone else is as well. I really with the bathroom was clean. The gate at the entrance was nice. Made it feel secure. The pictures of the unit were accurate. My two biggest issues were noise and cleanliness. I would love to get my cleaning fee back but I am sure that ship sailed.

A perfect place to stay in the music city!

We loved our stay! The historic building is very charming. The unit is well-stocked, decorated really cute and the bed is super comfy! Communication with our host was super quick and efficient. We loved that we were within a 10 minute Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. But the best perk of staying here was the speakeasy in the basement! Do not miss a chance to visit the 1865 Club for an amazing cocktail, live music and the best bartenders around. We would definitely stay here again!
