* Pets are allowed, with a maximum of two dogs. An additional
nonrefundable fee is applicable, and disclosure of pets is required
prior to arrival.
* Events and parties are not permitted.
* Guests must be at least 21 years old to book the property.
* The maximum occupancy is eight adults.
* Pool heating is available for an additional daily charge.
* Parking is limited to a maximum of three cars per townhome. Only
one car can fit in the driveway, with overflow parking available in
designated spots. Parking rules must be collected at the guard
gate, and non-compliance can result in towing.
* Clubhouse access requires wristbands obtained at the clubhouse upon
arrival. A maximum of eight wristbands is provided, based on the
number of bedrooms in the unit.
* Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the clubhouse
amenities, and guests may only use these facilities while
accompanied by a registered guest.
