My family & I stayed at this condo in Windsor Hills Resort for a week. Our main purpose of the vacation was to go to Disney World- which made this location perfect. We were close to the parks, Disney Springs, beaches and took a drive to Kennedy Space Station (we had a busy vacation). The condo itself was the perfect size, with very thoughtful and cute decorations (including Disney themed plates, Tupperware, cooking utilizes etc). There are only 3 "complaints" that I have for the stay: 1) The place didn't feel as clean as it could have been. When we arrived, everything was really dusty, the floor didn't look like it had been mopped and there was an empty water bottle under the entryway table. Thankfully it wasn't anything crazy but enough to notice. 2) Throughout the week different sections of the blinds on the patio door would fall off at random. One broke off completely but the others just randomly fell & we would reattach them. 3) This is the BIGGEST compliant I had- The check in process is absolutely horrendous! We got to the condo gate around 4:10pm, waited in line for almost an entire hour to get to the gate, only to be told they didn't have my husbands name on file. They had us pull over and contact the owner. Thankfully they were able to add him but the entire process took almost 1.5 hours. I like the added security but there has to be a better/easier process. The pool area and entire resort are PERFECT for families. We would definitely stay again!
