Oceanfront 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom sleeps 10 on level sandy beach.
Step out on the level sandy beach with panoramic views of islands and mountains with dolphins cruising by new gas weber BBQ on large wrap around deck w partial glass enclosure and sectional/ outdoor patio furnishings.

Impressive sea shore 5-bedroom, 4-bath all new comforters and mattresses. 3 king beds, a double, and two twins. An extra, a futon in an extra TV room. 8 smart TVs, 2 wet-bars up and downstairs find 2 fireplaces, dining for 12, and a large kitchen w/ 2 microwaves.

Huge upstairs room with leather sectional and 3 couches to enjoy big screen tv and amazing views that will spoil you. The balcony that goes across the entire oceanfront and even better, in case you want privacy and want to hide, you'll have a tv in every room with streaming, HBO, and movies to watch. Perfect place to fly your kites and play games and puzzles and read and just love life with your feet in the sand. And if you have any wishes for the future when you come, we'll be happy to accommodate you. Washer and dryer in the garage and parking galore with a huge driveway!

Dated, but just right for a big family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could tell from the photos that the house was going to be dated and a little funky, and it was. That said, it was about $200 to $400 less per night than the fancy remolded houses right on the beach that we've stayed in before. If you're okay with wacky (mirrored walls and glass bathroom doors), but clean and right on the beach, then this place is for you! If you're bougie and have high expectations, skip. It was perfect for us and our 5 kids. The management company is great. Very communicative and accommodating.

Confusion and maintenance needed

Loved the deck and the Beach. House was very dark. Switches and plugs were very few and hard to find. Floor is slanted leaving you feeling like you were in an adventure with Alice and wonderland. Drapes and window treatments not working correctly.

On the beach!

Overall, we had a great stay with just a few hiccups. Loved the location and the wonderful view from the big family room upstairs. House was outfitted with everything we needed. There was an issue with the installation of new carpet that left unsafe tacks sticking up but they fixed that right away. Also, there were ample beds but the mattresses were too soft for us and the fitted sheets kept coming off the mattresses. New mattresses and bedding would make a big improvement. I think with a just a little updating, this would be a 5 star home and we would definitely return. One last thing- there are many stairs in this house. We brought our own baby gates but if you’re bringing a toddler, be prepared.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this house. Everything was as described. The house was well stocked and everything worked. The access to the beach was wonderful. The parking situation was great. We would definately come back.

Great location and communication

This place hit all the most important points. I have never stayed in a place which such incredible and attentive communication with the management team. Any issues we had were solved quickly and any questions I had before and during our stay were answered with impressive promptness. The beds were comfortable (which is always the most important thing for me). The beach access was everything we wanted. Also plenty of towels and a few extra blankets which was a big bonus. There were a couple of things to note though. The upstairs deck railing was unsafe for children- there was at least a foot gap between the upper and middle rail, and then another foot between the middle and lower rail and few to no vertical rails
 which is nice for visibility, but we didnt let kids out there on their own due to safety concerns. Another thing was a lot of stairs which only matters if you have people who that is difficult for. Finding outlets in bedrooms to charge devices was quite a challenge. The property is a bit dated and quirky which was fine for us (minus the outlet problem) because they hit the most important things right on, but it’s something to note if that is important to you. Also the futon was only big enough for a child in case your planning on having someone sleep there.

beach convenient

Great location on the beach---House needs to be maintained to the standard of what they are charging. Things broken and not workimg on our arrival. But the kids loved being on the beach.

The house has an amazing beachfront location and great deck to hang out on. Beds were all clean and comfortable. Updated kitchen downstairs met all our needs. Fun 70s Beachhouse decor in some areas of the house which gives it personality, although expect bathrooms that are not updated. Twin beds are oddly high off the ground so not suitable for younger kids who are at risk of rolling off in the middle of the night.
