Totalement rénové en 2014 !!! Entrez dans cette maison de 2 étages en bord de mer à Hollywood Beach. Premier étage: Le premier étage a une suite parentale face à l'océan avec lit king size 2ppl, TV écran plat 43 "avec lecteur DVD. Chambre au premier étage # 2 face à l'océan avec lit king size 2ppl, avec une télévision à écran plat de 43 ". Les deux chambres du rez-de-chaussée ont accès au patio et à la plage en bord de mer. Le patio a deux chaises longues pour s'allonger et une table de patio pour quatre. Deuxième étage: salon face à l'océan, avec de grandes fenêtres pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil, dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces, de nombreux jeux et livres pour des soirées amusantes en famille. La cuisine est entièrement approvisionnée pour 12ppl, avec un coin bureau pour vérifier vos e-mails. La maison comprend le WIFI. Barbecue à gaz situé sur le balcon à l'étage. Chambre au deuxième étage # 3 donnant sur la rue a un lit queen et un lit gigogne pour 4 personnes, avec TV. The property was amazing and a great location.

Me and my family with parents and sister had a lovely time at this very clean and equipped place. The communication was amazing and everything was clean and usable. We really enjoyed staying here.

This house is beautiful. It was the perfect layout for two family. The location is amazing… right on the beach. I would definitely come back.

Summer Weekend getaway

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!

Amazing house - Gorgeous beach

We came from LA looking to get out of the craziness. We had no idea that Hollywood Beach existed before our Booking and we were blown away With the beauty and expansiveness of the beach . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We definitely will want to return.

Great Time by the Sea

We traveled to California for a family reunion on the beach and Mollies by the Sea provide us with an excellent escape! A wonderful home and views for miles. The real estate company was also excellent-- including Scotty who came to update the internet for us! Wonderful time all around! Thank you.

Amazing Getaway

This is our third stay at this home. We love the location, the size of the house and of course the view. It is an easy walk to farmers market, the harbor and restaurants. The house has bikes and scooters to use. They also have plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on and enjoy the ocean view. We have a blast every summer and we can't wait to come back again next year.

Paradise by the Sea

The property is just as it is shown in the photos. Great space, light and airy. The kitchen was just the right size, with a wonderful family space. Lots of games, and flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and the family room. It has a spectacular view of the ocean, right on the beach, which was as close to a private beach as you could find. A short distance to the waves with lots of sand to build sand castles with the little ones and enjoy the peace and quiet just the waves. It was our family paradise by the sea.

Beautiful house!!!

The house is awesome and the location is even better. It was clean and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs etc… lots of fun. There are spectacular views and all of the furnishings and decor are well selected. There is also a wooden deck on the sand with big umbrellas. I’m not sure the BBQ is mentioned in the listing, but there is a gas BBQ on a small deck off the side of the kitchen. The kitchen itself has all the dishes and cookware you could possibly need. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. I would definitely stay there again.

Great getaway

Such a peaceful location and beautiful home. The only criticism is that the kitchen experience could be a little better if stocked with higher quality kitchen wares (plates, glasses, baking, coffee maker, etc.). And be prepared that the distance to the water is a ways off. The view is spectacular though from the living, dining and kitchen areas. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you!

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Great for larger groups of friends or family members.

It’s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves. Truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful place!

The house was wonderful for our family. ages 3-75. Plenty of room for everyone! It is right on the beach, but the ocean is a good 5 minute sandy walk for the little ones. That didn't change our enjoyment at all -- we just needed a bit more planning. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and dishes and glasses, but we could have used more than one kitchen towel to avoid using paper towels. There is also outdoor furniture and beach toys and umbrellas to make things comfortable for everyone. Your family will love it!

Amazing getaway

We had an amazing time. The house was breathtaking. We basically had our own private beach. The check in was easy and super convenient. There were a lot of pots and pans, beach toys and beach chairs. Best of all, there were 7 bikes, not in the best condition but plenty good for our group to bike around the area. It was a very relaxing vacation, walking or running along the beach in the morning, body surfing the waves during the day (It was a bit chilly but fine with wetsuits) then watching sunset from the balcony. We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. The kids are already asking to come back this summer. We can’t wait. Thank you so much!!

There was everything I could have possibly needed for a beach vacation and even more than what I needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There was basic soaps and detergents for cleaning, laundry and dishes. There was an abundance of dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner and never needed for anything(other than groceries which we brought with us). There were even coolers, umbrellas and beach toys to build sandcastles for the days we spent on the beach. There were bikes and scooters in the garage which were nice for an afternoon ride by the harbor. Plenty of restaurants and a bar nearby. The beach was not crowded and the view was awesome. This is our new favorite vacation spot and we plan on returning.
