This centrally located apartment offers a kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals, a comfortable living area with a Smart TV & free WiFi, and a location just minutes away from the airport, downtown Miami, the Calle 8 Walk of Fame in Little Havana, and more. While you’re in town, consider going snorkeling, checking out the Wynwood Arts District, or just relaxing at the Hobie Island Beach Park.
This beautiful apartment is located minutes from Brickell, Miami international Airport, Coral Gables, Miami Midtown, American Airlines Arena, Wynwood and many other major Miami attractions. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment. This modern apartment features free fast wifi, Smart 55' TVs, Coffee Station including Decaf and outside sitting area. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay.
"Perfectly situated just minutes from everything, Shenandoah is the neighborhood we dream about. Tree lined streets, verdant yards, and only a short or walk from Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Brickell and Downtown Miami. On a breezy summer day you can smell the ocean mist in the air yet we are on one of the highest elevation with many homes above flood level. Shenandoah is the heart of Miami."
Since we are very centrally located it just take a short Uber or Lift rite to your destination.
ADDT’L ACCOMMODATIONS: An additional 1-bedroom property for 4 guests is available on-site with a separate nightly rate. If you would like to reserve both rentals, please inquire for more information prior to booking

Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front facing the street, 1 camera is located on the side of the home facing the wall and the side of the building, 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the backyard, and 1 camera is a Ring doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video 24/7

Age and Booking Requirement Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 40 miles radius, groups under 21 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), gatherings of any kind.
Inventory is taken prior to your arrival and after check out, if anything is missing this will result in a loss of security deposit.
Please treat the space with respect.
Please, do not flush any feminine menstruation products, condoms, baby wipes or any other obstructing item in the toilet. Trash cans are provided in the bathrooms

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the host. If you stay past your 11 am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts. It is $50 for a noon checkout.
If we receive any violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights, and 11pm on weekends.
MAINTENANCE - Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. $50 fine for not allowing maintenance staff to enter during reservation.
SMOKING - This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
PARTIES - The area enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its guests. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200.
PETS - No pets (a violation of this rule will incur a fee of $200 per day per pet!)
CLEANING - Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $200.
KEY: If the key is not returned and/or damaged, the cost is $50 to replace the key.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff.
