Our family had a fabulous time during our visit to Chapel Hill/Durham area. The house was the perfect location. Great wooded neighborhood and very clean home. Will definitely try and stay there next time we're in the area. The host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay.

The house had everything we needed for a short trip to visit the area colleges. A great location to easily get around to UNC, Wake Forest and Duke.

Nice little cozy place to stay

Cozy little place for my family and I to stay in while in North Carolina. We traveled from Kentucky to watch the Tarheels play basketball. Clean place easy to communicate with.

Perfect

The house is very clean and accommodating. Every question that i had was answered quickly. The hosts were generous with supplies. The coffee bar was a welcome surprise. It was the ideal place for us to spend time with family, but close to Durham where we enjoyed a sports event. We will definitely rent again if we venture that way

Excellent stay in a central location!

Fantastic home centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We had an unforeseen tree branch knock out the power but we had excellent communication with the owner who always let us know what was going on. Despite the disappointing football game from the Tar Heels, this VRBO helped make trip great.

Good value, quiet neighbourhood

Accurate listing. Kitchen well-equipped for cooking. Lots of space. Quiet neighbourhood. The larger beds are comfortable. All in all a good experience. We have booked to return.

Perfect for a quick stop!

Everything was clean, it was in a quiet neighborhood and was close to parks for the kids. Krista goes above and beyond in providing things you might need (i.e. the kitchen has all the basics, the bathrooms had little extras) and the neighbors were friendly. During our stay we also enjoyed exploring the Durham farmers market - definitely worth a stop!

Wonderful home with nice and cozy touches

The home is centrally located between Chapel Hill and Durham which made it convenient to visit colleges. Each space was nicely decorated and made us feel at home. Check in was perfect and had no issues at all during our stay. My only observation was the remote for the Furestick in main room wasn’t workinh but we just used our app on iphone. Great stay and would saty again

Cozy and quaint

Krista was very good with communication even when we lost power from rain storm. She had back up flashlight on site which cane handy. Lots of supplies (towels, soaps, detergent and dishes). Since surrounded by lots of trees and greenery, we had daily visits from critters in the kitchen despite keeping food sealed away. Not sure there is a remedy for that due to location surroundings but overall good stay.

Visit to daughter at UNC

What a cute and well put together home! We enjoyed how the originality of the home showed through with well appointed decor. It was cozy and had everything we needed plus more. It was great to have access to a BBQ and patio! The beds were very comfortable as well.
