Welcome to Hillandale Oasis! This newly updated ranch style house is mins from Duke University Hospital & VA Hospital, Duke University, UNC Chapel Hill, DPAC & Durham Bulls Stadium. Nestled in a cul-de-sac & quiet neighborhood of long-term residents. Sleeps up to (6) with plenty of space to be comfy. Natural lighting in all areas with large windows in the Livingroom. A perfect place to make your short/long term stay comfortable. Great for local college visits, travel nurses, business and leisure.

*Minimal Cleaning Fee is charged to our guest. Savings of 50% per booking.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a track meet for a family of 5, and the space was perfect for our needs—clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. We also loved that a shopping center was close by, which made meals and last-minute errands super easy. Would definitely stay again!

As a Durham native visiting home, this Vrbo was the perfect stay! Cozy, clean, and full of charm—close to great food and all my favorite spots. The host was warm and welcoming and communicated well.I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bull City!

Absolutely Perfect

From high quality furnishings & linens to little extras and great communication, every need was thoughtfully predicted and met. What a sweet haven in a quiet neighborhood!We came from out of state for surgery at Duke; this home was ideal! It’s a perfect location— a quick drive away from Duke, grocery stores, restaurants, and highways.

Description not matching house

House was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. Bedrooms curtains did not fully close. See through sheers. Back apartments able to see in. Mold in sliding door seals. Musty smell walking into main room from front door. No vents in bathrooms. Lockbox needs to be easier to open. Unable to stay for our booking. Communicated with owner but was advised to work with vrbo instead.

Clean, well-located home in Durham

We stayed at this property for a weekend while visiting family in the area. It was great for our group of 4 adults. Very clean, and the location was perfect - our family, Duke, and downtown Durham were all within a 10 min. or so drive. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Cute property

Very clean, nicely decorated, good location and the perfect size for my husband, son & I. Loved the complimentary snack basket and the provided coffee bar! The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because of the dog next door. It did wake us one night barking. I do understand that this is a neighborhood and completely out of the owners control. It wasn’t bad enough that I wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome experience

Stayed to drop our freshman off at Duke. Would definitely stay again. Location perfect, house was clean, comfortable beds, host was very responsive. Stayed right after the big storm, internet was down for a short time due to weather. Kept us informed. Highly recommend!

Nice little hideaway, quiet neighbors.

We were in town for a wedding. Reading the guest book, it seems that this is a common use for the house. It's centrally located with good access to highways, which was nice because we have friends and family in several parts of the area. Everything in the house works fine, which was nice because we cooked a few meals. Everything was clean when we arrived. Things that are close and nice that we found: Edisto State Park is about 15 minutes and was much nicer to walk in than local roads. Esmeralda's Cafe isn't far. The owner is Honduran. Breakfast was great, and we got to try a new style of cooking.

Great house for a small family.

We were in town for a family wedding and the house and location were perfect. House was clean and very well appointed meeting our needs. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was because we had dogs barking next door late into the night.
