Feel at home in this stylish cozy Villa. Sip something cold on the front porch or enjoy an evening in the screened porch. Find all the comforts of home and enjoy Durham's eclectic nightlife less then 5 min drive. Comfortable beds with inviting linens. Outside patio with seating for 4 people. Home has loft for additional living space.
The space
The loft holds a chair that converts to a single bed and has additional space for a blow up double mattress. Master on main floor has Queen bed and Bedroom 2, has one double bed and one single bed. Third bedroom has one Queen bed. Small office tucked away in the corner.

Great home for our Durham stay

Excellent home and host! Very clean and comfortable, and communication from the host was quick, friendly, and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable, every room was well equipped with linens, home decor was warm, inviting, and fun. Location of the home was great for exploring Duke University and the downtown Durham district.

Really great property and host!

We were staying one night as a group before a wedding. The area was very clean and kept well, the host had put out a welcome basket with some snacks as well. They also provided an air mattress due to our rather large number of people. Would easily recommend!

Very impressed with the quality of the kitchen gear! Awesome and easy to prepare food. Beds comfortable, set up was great-from wood in the fire pit to wine and snacks!

Lovely home for a reunion in Durham

We had a very positive experience renting this property. The house was lovely and as pictured. Theresa was very helpful and provided us with an air mattress as an additional bed option. The check-in and check-out processes were a little unclear. We would rent again!

Going Bananas!

We were able to secure this cute little spot to enjoy our weekend in Durham with friends attending the Savanah Bananas baseball game. It was a perfect location to the stadium with a short uber ride. It was clean, organized and welcoming. Theresa welcomed us kindly and had a few little treats for the kids. So thoughtful! She was also very helpful and understanding when I reached out after we had checked out and couldn't find one of the kiddos Airpods. She looked behind us and was going to check with the house cleaner the next morning. Thankfully we found them later that night after we got home. Overall, a very pleasent experience with the owner and her house.

The house is very clean and cozy as it says!! Great location. Me and a couple friends did a disc golf trip and this place was perfect location to get to all the courses around Raleigh and Durham area within a 30 min drive

Amazing house

Very nice upscale property that truly feels like luxury and a home away from home. Great location, comfortable beds and just a great house all around. We only stayed one night but I wish we stayed there longer. Amazing find!

Our stay was fantastic! The home was exceptionally clean and well appointed --- so comfortable for a week! So close to downtown, parks, restaurants and more. We will be back since family lives in the area! Highly recommend

Excellent stay

We had our family stay here for Duke graduation. It worked out great with space for all. Very thoughtful touches throughout the house and the place was immaculate. Very well thought out. Perfect location to Duke and downtown Durham. We felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend. 10 out of 10

Very comfortable stay

This is second stay here and both times were great. The house has all you need and more. Parking out front, porches to enjoy, close to Durham, Duke, UNC, grocery, whatever you need. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If I’m back In Durham I will rent this house again.

Perfect for our stay
