Recently upgraded with full AC and beautifully furnished throughout, this private two bedroom home features an open floor plan and breathtaking views overlooking Kalapaki Bay and Nawiliwili Harbor, modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, and living room with Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and Smart HDTV.

The TV in the Master Bedroom is currently not available for guest use.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Other things to note
Please note that as this property is located cliffside on the oceanfront it requires use of stairs to access the home. In order to access Kalapaki Beach and the nearby resorts take the sidewalk past the front gate and look for the elevator down the path to your left.

Please use electricity and water responsibly and be sure to turn off the AC while you are away from the home. The weather in Kauai is mild and beautiful year round and the home is equipped with an excellent AC system that will immediately cool to your liking when turned on, however, if left on unnecessarily while you are away the electricity cost is substantial. Mahalo for your consideration in this regard.

Street-side parking for one vehicle is available for guest stays directly in front of the home. Additional parking is available across from the home in the shoreline access parking area. In order to access the drive aisle in front of the home enter through the gate on the righthand side of the street as you approach the top of the hill.

The property is beautifully located and we enjoyed the water view, sunsets, and sunrises. The space was clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs, so be sure you can do stairs if you stay here.

Great choice!

We loved this property. The views of Nawiliwili Bay are exceptional and it is convenient to whatever activity you have planned on the island. Per the listing the beach is a 4 minute walk away. Although the beach is shared with a resort it is not crowded and so pleasant. The pictures of the property are accurate. The AC was wonderful which is not always the case with VRBO properties in Hawaii.

Luxe Private Cliffside Oasis at Kalapaki Beach! Awesome VIEWS!

The Cliff side property views look over the Nawilliwilli Bay, Kalapaki Beach in front of the Marriot Hotel/Royal Sonesta Resort, and acros the bay from a cruise ship and shipping terminal. The nighttime views are lovely as well.The property was clean, and as represented for the most part. This is the lower level of a 3 level property, which does get rented as individual units as well as altogether, and as such, some of the beach accoutrements can and do get switched around.The pictures clearly and purposefully showed beach chairs, which were not in the lower property for our stay. When we contacted the host, they contacted the local Management team, who went out and purchased 2 beach chairs for us to use during our stay - wonderful costumer/guest service!Access to the property is down a concrete stairway on the left side of the property, and the lighting at night is “not” very good, but with our trusty flashlight (on our phone), we accessed the property after dark during our checkin without issue.The interior amenities were clean and well kept. The kitchen has clearly been updated recently, but the majority of the property shows its age. Everything was very comfortable in the living room and the bedrooms.Cooking in the kitchen was easy, and offered a decent amount of cookware options. We found the microwave dead-on-arrival, but the host & local management brought a new unit that day!Split unit AC in both bedrooms and living room offered wonderful comfort.Enjoy!
