Newly remodeled and refurnished, the home's interior features a bright, single-level layout showcasing modern design and comforts. The kitchen has gorgeous counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A Keurig coffee maker provides morning brew convenience. There's breakfast bar seating, a sunny eat-in nook, and a dining table where sit-down meals can be enjoyed. After the day's adventures, the living area is the perfect place to unwind while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.



Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
