Nestled in a quiet cove with quick access to open waters, this no wake zone provides a secure place for families to enjoy the kayaks in the hill country. Perfect for fall break. Right on the property you will see a variety of birds and deer grazing. Also close to the beautiful scenic wineries in Burnet, hunting, golf, and Inks Lake State Park (check out specifics of tours and excursions in my guidebook). Fish along our 85ft dock, or enjoy a cold beverage under the twinkle lights along one of the two upper balconies (while enjoying mountain views from the packsaddle schist).

The space
Guests are welcome to use the entire property and 2 kayaks (single and double). Enjoy watching the community of whitetail deer graze out in the yard. If you wish to bring a boat, please disclose ahead of time.
We have 3 security cameras on site for your safety. We only monitor in the event of an emergency:
1. Ring doorbell camera
2. Camera facing driveway
3. Ac Unit Camera on front right of the driveway

Boat/ Jet Ski Storage
As for the boat, the lift system is more of a ramp system with rollers. It is designed for boats under 3,000 lbs and with inboard/outboard motors (direct drive like surf boats won’t work since there’s a keel roller). Canal will allow boats with 32” draft and turn around with a 19’ boat. Please reach out with any questions.

We will provide the door access code day of checkin with agreement to house rules. Self check in and check out made easy.
