Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swims in the pools, onsite restaurants. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Notice: Tile removal and flooring replacement at Bayview (elevator lobby and porte cochere entrance) will take place Mar 16–27, 2026. No work during quiet hours or weekends. Elevators will be closed and some pedestrian areas temporarily restricted during renovations.Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

Note: This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.
