King bed in boutique resort! 2 pools & hot tubs on beach! walk to convention ctr

This is a wonderful place for a romantic getaway (It does sleep a total of 4, though)! Tastefully decorated, large balcony, compact kitchen with breakfast bar, updated bathroom and gorgeous views down the coast! At night, you can see the skywheel lit up! This location is ideal for those without a car. Walking distance to the convention center, several restaurants, shops, Broadway at the Beach, etc. There is free parking for one vehicle in the garage across the street. We offer a set of linens and a starter back of toiletries for your convenience. The king bed is adjustable, both with firmness and ability to raise/lower the feet and head of each side individually! There is also a fold out sleeper sofa in the LR. We provide a pack-n-play for those of you with infants, as well. Both pools are heated, and we are located inside a secure building!

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, temporary utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.
-For security/safety/insurance reasons, there is a ring doorbell beside the front door with capability to record audio and video. We do not monitor this device unless there is reason to, such as a suspected unauthorized pet, report of party, injury, trespassing, etc. Please do not tamper with the device. We will get a notification if this device goes offline or if it is tampered with.
